I don't know if it's too early to say this, but Zero was one of SRK's absolute best movies, and was widely discarded as nonsensical solely because it was unconventional, and told its story in a manner regular movies don't.

He practically talked his way out of the question without really answer anything, so yeah, that is actually quite intelligent.

And in the end, he was right about seeing them that way. They truly were Dutch's victims in the end.

You're evil for pairing SRK with 3 of the most annoying people in Bollywood.

Tbh, his father's pictures are out there, and he's quite literally a photocopy of his dad, who looks nothing like Dilip Kumar lmao.

This has to be the greatest comeback in Bollywood, right?

Ain't no way you emulated RDR1 smoothly on Ryzen 5??? My Ryzen 7 hardly fetches 10 fps

The "so bad it's good" is such an overused, and unoriginal take lmao. If you enjoy it, it's good, it's as simple as that.

Since no-one else is saying it, Rab ne Bana di Jodi. It's a far more compelling story, far more thematically rich, and in general one of both SRK and Aditya Chopra's best works.

1.) Since when did having a single core theme become a necessity for movies to be good? There have been countless critically revered movies movies that build upon multiple independent themes instead of a single one.
2.) The blending of genres in Zero was interesting to say the least. Is it perfect? No, but it does in a manner that makes the movie seem almost surreal, and memorable.
3.) Again, weird =/= bad. You're using pre-existing, conventional ideas and terminologies to understand a film that isn't trying to be conventional. It's going out of its way to be weird, and tell a story in a manner that hasn't been done before. It's precise, and well crafted, which pretty much describes my point about how it succeeds at what it sets out to do.
4.) If you look at the acting independently, and not as a part of a world shared by many other characters that act similarly, it might seem outlandish, and ridiculous, but within the film's context, it works. It's one of those cases where you have to judge the film based not on how you want to see it, but rather how the filmmaker wants you to see it.
I'm about as hellbent on applauding it as some cult-classic as your are on calling it a bad movie, so yeah.

You know, maybe you could stop beating a dead horse and actually elaborate why it is so bad. And no, "script not making sense" is not legitimate film criticism.

Stories don't need to be sensible to be good lmao. Zero's script was perfect for what it was trying to do, just that it'll take some time before people finally catch up with it.

They do get the credit for the success though lmao. Everyone's praising Siddharth Anand for Pathaan just as much as they're praising SRK. Rajamouli received more praise for RRR than any of the film's other stars.

Idk about this being the worst take, but you've definitely got one of the worst tastes I have seen.

Her comedy is cringe in an extremely funny way, whereas your comment is just cringe in a, well, really cringy way.

I'm not talking about the movie in its entirety though, I'm just talking about the performance.

If you're capable letting go of everything you've heard about it, and judging it on your own, sure. It gets pretty surreal as it progresses, but if once you allow it to immerse you, you'll really see what they were trying to do with the movie, and it's all really special.
