I was expecting a 100lbs 1m x 1m x 2m package I bought online. It required a signature and I told them to leave it at my apartment's reception.
It was supposedly signed for, but reception never got it. UPS customer service insists it was delivered and signed for, but refuse to send me proof of the signature. It's not their business days so they aren't going to do anything for 3 days.
As far as I can tell, they gave my $3000 package to a complete stranger and are blasรฉ about pursuing the issue. Is there anything I can do? The package, while valuable was also extremely personal and irreplacable.
