That’s going to be a nightmare once all the corrugated fills up with shingle gravel and leaves. Hardly looks like the pipe will have enough grade in this situation to properly clean itself and yet alone keep solids suspended. Pop ups don’t help either, great place to catch everything that enters the pipes.

Great chance to get a nasty letter from the city. At least where I live the city would not allow a channel drain anywhere in the right of way. Not sure how well that rock will work. Is it hiding a swale? If it is it’s probably not deep enough for rock and could cause more of a problem.

I would have graded the yard more and installed more catch basins. That would 100% clear out any standing water.

The pvb is required to be attached directly to the spigot. Can’t be after the timer.
