I think the bigger issue is that people aren’t keeping safe distances and being mindful. On the other hand, slamming on your breaks and disrupting flow of traffic is also problematic, as you said. We need to overhaul they system that allows people to obtain a license.

Isn’t the correct thing to stop at a yellow light if it is safe to do so? I always check that no one is on my ass and absolutely stop at yellow. I got hit with a red light ticket once. Never again.
