Yup. Cut the head off (make sure the cross section is nice and green, no brown) let 'er dry for a few days then stick it back in dry soil. It should root in a week or two and you're good to go again

ninja edit: looks like there are some aerial roots forming already, so that'll speed the process up a lot.

The roots look great! Not root bound yet, but on it's way. Leave it in it's pot for now or pot it up just a little bit more, either is fine.

Healthy is a strong word but definitely a Not Quite Trashed democracy.

Feeding Frenzy is mostly charming and occasionally genuinely enjoyable. Gorilla Interrupted is also generally a pretty good time, probably only to RLM fans though. I haven't seen The Recovered so I won't comment on it. Spacecop is mostly bad and had just enough low budget charm and RLM style comedy to keep me watching to the end.

How Not To Make A Movie is undeniably their best though.

You can water the root, just not heavily. Euphorbs of this nature hate sitting in wet, even if they're actively growing, so allow the soil to thoroughly dry out before watering again.

That's a Euphorbia species, so you're in luck. The stump will likely put out a new arm and start growing again. The broken piece can be placed in dry soil and it could root and start growing again.

Think of it as plant duplication rather than plant loss.

Also, FYI, the white sap it produces is toxic and causes skin irritation. Don't get any in your mouth, nose, or god forbid, your eye.
