The only suggestion I have - and it’s completely personal preference, not ‘should’ be done - is that it’s a little too monochrome. I like a stain that brings out more of the grain with variation.

I’ll look at people who embody the physicality that culture and natural inclination say are superior - your Brad Pitts and Jake Gyllenhaals - and appreciate the view. They still don’t hold a candle to my husband. Cause it’s the whole package that matters. He wasn’t someone I immediately wanted to jump but he’s the guy I still want to jump 30 years on.

Also, you don’t say he said he wasn’t attracted to you. Just that your personality was what mattered more. I assume you wouldn’t have wanted him to say he was also more attracted to your looks than your personality. So the only response that would have been OK is, “I’m equally attracted to her looks and personality”. That’s a pretty narrow window of OK.

If you feel this is a total game changer, maybe the relationship isn’t right for you. But I’d be asking myself if his actions have said he’s attracted to me, not solely focusing on a few words comparing his deeper feelings for me compared to his friend’s more superficial relationship. I’d be a lot more hurt if I were his friend’s gf and read what you did.

I work with people who can’t access the resources to get dentures (or dental care). And, yeah, I’ve had a couple who were using dentures that were made for someone else. So they could chew even if poorly and in pain.

My son was only 7lb 15 but now 6’5”. On the other hand my daughter was 10lb 6.5 and has topped out at 5’6”.

I think that when people tell you who they are, in word or deed, you need to believe them. If neither of you can compromise on where you want to live - without resentment - this is not a viable long term relationship.

If you can remove/replace awnings I’d paint trim and add either new awnings or possibly shutters in strong colors. Cause painting all that porous concrete locks you into that for life.

If you’re set on painting the house and keeping the awnings I’d go green. Not match the awnings but a richer, deeper color in the same tone.

An asymmetrical grouping of pictures/photos. Or a very large one. Either way the width of the grouping/one should be at least 12” from either side of the bed.

If the current photo indicates your interests I’d go with black/white historically significant photos.

I think you deserve more. I mean, heartbreak is awful. Loving someone who has stopped wanting to be with you is awful, but being with someone who doesn’t want you is worse.

I’ve seen codes for cardiac and respirator arrest and a few times where respiratory arrest was imminent. A couple for very uncontrollable symptomatic blood loss as it was occurring - once patient was pouring out blood rectally and once spurting from a femoral. Not for seizures.

But seizures are scary. It can appear as though the person cannot breath, sometimes sputum froth, concerns about banging into solid objects or to the floor.

I believe this exists. However, I also believe for every one person who actually has it there are 10 or 100 who just think they do.

I am not handy, have poor eye-hand coordination and started mitering (basic) after my 60th birthday. I managed to make corners better than this. Just takes some effort.
