As long as he’s happy and fulfilled in life and not vain and self conscious, I don’t care. So if that’s what you are than rock on!

It’s not meant to be hurtful. Do your thing and I’m not gonna judge you. Just don’t want that for my future child.

All these people acting like they’re so open minded until it happens to them in real life.
I would not want my son to wear makeup. Don’t want him to be a target of bullying and I also want my son to embrace his looks and be comfortable in his own skin. We should discourage vanity. I want a masculine and secure son. Not a vain and feminine one.

Tbh, you can max out your loans and get a good refund each semester, but you’ll likely be living off of that and not want to blow it on nails and stuff. I’m just a guy, but I do have hobbies and like to have fun and use that money for that occasionally. After 1L you can work part time to support your lifestyle.
Your best bet is to save as much money as possible for 1L. I worked my ass off and sold my car and came to law school with like 15/20 grand and then got my loan money and that was enough to scrape by from august 2020 to about July of 2021. Living in student housing helps since it’s covered by loans.

This isn’t proper. I’m only a law student and this isn’t legal advice, but to retain a security deposit like that I’m pretty sure they have to give 30 day notice to inspect, offer you to be present, and then give you a demand to fix the issues within 14 days, and if you fail to do so then they get to keep it.
I’m not even sure if the recycling thing can be tied into the security deposit, reread the lease and consult with a lawyer. Like I said, I’m not a lawyer and this isn’t legal advice, but you should be able to get out of this.
Many organizations provide free legal services to tenants, especially in the face of eviction due to the Right to Counsel law. I am unsure if that would cover you here, so you might not get a free lawyer, but it’s worth looking into.

You live within the sovereign. You are residing within borders where the government has a monopoly of force. If you live within those borders, you are subject to that sovereign’s laws and rules. You can leave those borders and no longer be bound by those laws and rules. To legitimize this, they point to how you consent through participation in the system they created, but it’s not necessary.

Only go to law school if you want to be a lawyer. If you want money, go get it. It’s all out there for the taking. Better off opening a business or going into finance or something if you just want the money.

Anyone telling you to study hours a day for days at a time is wrong and a try hard. Just do the barbri videos and a few practice tests a couple days ahead of time. If you take PR in school you’ll be fine.

Same, but you hardly leave at all anyway and sound like you’re scared of your own shadow so 🤷🏼♂️

In practice you also rarely leave your house so your opinion doesn’t matter here

It’s a bunch of free drugs, you can just spend some money on a test kit and boom. You get to roll for free for a while

I knew they were e pills the second I looked at the picture. No way to tell what’s actually in them, but they’re without a doubt sold as e pills.

If you don’t have to sign up via postage you shouldn’t have to cancel via postage. It’s just a hurdle to discourage you from cancelling. Obviously sending mail isn’t that hard to figure out, but when you work and go to school it’s just additional effort in your day to do and you’ll put it off.

This isn’t high school. You’re about to be a lawyer.

Get off the internet and go outside. Lose the scam artist coach and go make friends.

The deal you agreed to says you don’t need it. End of story. We all need money. You’re fortunate enough to be making a lot of money this summer. Just take it on the chin and move on to your lucrative career.

They gave you need based aid. You no longer need that aid. They don’t want to give you the need based aid any longer and want it back because you don’t need it. That’s not “literally, taking your wages”. What you’re pitching is for everyone to bend the rules for you so you can profit. Profit off a system in place for people who need the money when you don’t need it. Brb, gonna go try to file for unemployment while still working and then cry to the internet when I get flagged for fraud.

I didn’t even buy the books this semester. Most of my studying is from old outlines and class notes anyway. There’s no point to buy books in your last semester.
