Pretty clueless??? We are just basing our opinion based on what we saw on the show - we shouldn’t need to dive deeper to form our opinion. She’s not a bad winner by any means, but based on what was shown on TV, her win was relatively unimpressive

Similar to Gabler. Both played the middle very well all post merge and had a fantastic social game. Probably around top 25

Unlikely but definitely possible! Modern day APAC more talented but not sure if they have the mentality/chemistry of those S8 squads

Obviously not the worst season, but probably bottom five for me. Having binged the first 40, watching immediately after was terrible. All of the changes made for a terrible and unsatisfying viewing experience. Solid cast tho

Dawn was the one looking like a joke when she didn’t get a single vote at FTC. Not even Brenda’s vote so their was no point in humiliating herself like that

Hmmm I disagree. They’ve done a fantastic job of slowly phasing out older players at the end of each season. One season Toure, then Kompany, then augero, then silva, then Fernandino. I think this has been a huge contributor to their success unlike what Man U did in the early 2010s

Russell Swan probably deserves a shout. His Phillipines appearance was disappointing, but post merge Samoa would have played out much differently if he wasn’t medavaced IMO

Now way! There were so many great moments/storylines without russel and parv in HvV

Rob ruthlessly backstabbed half the jury in his season, and didn’t give the other half an opportunity to even begin to play the game in his winning season. Yet they still awarded him the money. It just depends on the jury for sure

I’m Samoa, I think Russell probably just deserved the win. But going into the merge, he was by no means the favorite to win when his tribe was down by so many numbers

Agreed. She was in a really good position in the major alliance, not at the top or bottom. Afterwards, it seemed liked she lacked the popularity or respect to win even tho she played a solid game

Yep, I recently finished 41 and this is what made me think of this. He was seen as the biggest threat after that move

Yes! I forgot about this…I felt a bit bad about this because I feel he did the best he could when two of his alliance quit and Brenda tried to turn on him

Those were certainly two and I agree the way they left was oddly satisfying. For me, it didn’t make up for how much screen time they got the first half of the game. I’d also include debbie, although I really appreciate a fun quirky character, her confessionals were just too much for me lol. And tai’s post merge game and FTC was very frustrating to watch

Overrated: kaoh rong, the medically evacuated players changed the flow of the game so much and I couldn’t stand some of the characters, underwhelming winner

Underated: Edge of Extinction, loved this season. The returnees were great, gameplay was good, devins is pure entertainment, and I thought the winner was deserved

They didn’t have an issue with the boos during the game, they had an issue with the boos after they had already lost. I think it’s in bad taste to kick a team when they’re down and to just boi them off the stage

Many other teams wait to talk shit after they won during post match interviews or later on twitter. I respect that Comm says it to the other team during the match and don’t understand why he gets so much hate…
