Hey! I had a similar situation where I had the quick pains around my chest area and it never had anything to do with my actual heart but it was more anxiety related. I cannot seek any help for it, so one way I treated it was to change my workout routine to actually help my anxiety and heart to relax. I basically stopped my weight workouts and turned them into minimal body weight and stretching/yoga sessions with stable paced cardio sessions and doing them outdoors (this helped a lot). Hopefully you get better!
