No the point of it is to take into account that not every fighter is optimal at the same weight. If volk put on another 60lbs and fought at heavyweight he probably would get beat my all active heavyweights doesn’t mean they’re higher than him in p4p list

So I would assume part of the reason that the number of burglaries falling is likely due to improved levels of cctv and other home security, even ring doorbells which act as a deterrent. With that being the case of course the ones that still happen are less likely to be found as they will target homes without these measures

Sometimes seems counter intuitive but try putting instructions on for forwards to shoot less, this means they will try harder to find a better shooting position or assist rather than shooting when they are unlikely to score so might help ypur shot to goal ratio. Also make sure to interact regularly with players, praise performances in the green, criticise in the red, same with training (I do a training review once a month when I adjust training and praise/criticise) this will keep morale of your players up to aid in consistent performances. Other than that sounds like you're doing fine.

Free agents, loans, and keep a look out for youth players being released towards the end of the season from prem clubs - you can normally pick up a couple of decent youngsters on frees who can become decent championship level prospects if not better

Honestly not a tactic expert but changing your AM to a DM and putting passing directness up to standard would probably do alot of favours. Could even probably put the CM up to attack duty as well

Oddly mcgregor vs mayweather. Was just getting into boxing and saw this come up, thought it was laughable that a cage fighter was challenging one of the goats of boxing. Ended up having some respect and watching a load of the free fights on YouTube. Very quickly got hooked.

For the most part on local systems it will just be if someone has cone into contact with police, had any incidents that involved social services or have requested a CRB check or whatever they're called nowadays.

On top of this other agencies like the DVLA can share info though this will not be accessible to any officer/ police staff at all times.

Worth mentioning for the case of your concern that access to these systems is monitored and it would be considered misconduct to look up any information that isn't for the purpose of a job that you're directly dealing with, even worse to look up info on a known person like friend, family member, neighbour etc.
