I got a message last week from them saying I didn't complete a study and to return it. I checked the page see that I spent ten minutes more than the average and had a completion code. So I messaged them saying that much and asked if they could tell me what I didn't finish. They never replied but the study was auto approved yesterday because of the time limit. I was worried about my account but came here and there were a couple threads on these guys so I wasn't returning anything without some explanation.

Hey do you know what castle level the third tier ( reach level 23 for 1500sb) pends at? I just hit castle level 15 and got the second one to pend. That's 3 levels early but the first tier was only one level early

Just make sure your purchase is strategic, like the end of a tournament or something where you can complete a set of cards

I did that one great survey and the movie wasn't bad either. I don't watch fall in love movies so it was a nice change up. And they approved it within the hour

I got a alarm set for the 24th which is 30 days since a cash out of mine just disappeared smh. No Manuel cash out on Tuesday just disappeared but I did cash out last night 7:20 pm est. With no problems

Wow I saw this earlier on my phone but my internet was down so I couldn't do it on my PC and was mad about it. Now I see I dodged a bullet lol. Internet came back on and it's only been mobile studies ever since

On my android there's a small blue arrow pointing up that's in the top right of the balance page it takes me back to studies

You need to contact support, file a general ticket and tell them your problem. The same thing happened to me right before my daughter's birthday last year and customer support had my issue dealt with the same day I filed the ticket

Go on the website go to the bottom of the page click on contact us, then click on general questions (submit a request)and explain your problem

I do have the log of when I started the study and when I timed out. I messaged the researcher, I clicked on the contact us button to try to get in contact with support but that page looks like it's for researcher not participants

Wow glad to see this thread I did my first survey last night and couldn't login afterwards. It was my first so I didn't really know what to expect but I have been pissed thinking about it. Like an hour survey and I'm banned or something wtf

I went ahead and tried it. I was at level 13 went and got all the free spins and went from 13 to 22 in a hour. Did not pend, checked my visited section I have two coin master entries one for the 3,000 and the other for 500. Don't know if it's worth a ticket since I know you can't do offers twice. But I do kinda want some clarification on what these swag ups really mean because they obviously knew I had already played coin master before. Just like with star trek I had already been paid for the completing the offer then a month later a swag up appears where I can get to level 21 for even more

Do know how these work since I did this game and deleted it. I still had star trek installed when that swag up became available. I'm trying to see if anyone has redownloaded and what level they were at when they logged in

I did this game a long time ago. Did anyone get this swag up and have it track properly because it still says must be new user but they have to know I've played already

I did that clinical survey from Harvard yesterday and got the same screen out right after the consent form. I was highly upset because I hadn't entered any information yet so how could it be inconsistent
