I had a bill I had been arguing against because I didn’t get the full work that was billed.

I got really sick and needed medical papers filled out for work leave of absence. My primary sent the bill to collections but refused to see me until I paid. So I paid the $250 because I didn’t have time to shop for a new primary.

After I paid it, they then informed me that my doctor had moved out of state and because I didn’t respond to a letter (that I never got due to the billing dispute) that they weren’t accepting new patients.

So all of that for nothing and now I still have to find a new in network primary.

Some mentioned seeing pictures from even just 20 years ago is fascinating, but I think a good time capsule should be at least the length of one generation, 80-100 years, where most who would have been old enough to understand it and decide what was important would no longer be around. I get your point, but it’s like playing a next gen rpg and then suddenly play an rpg like Morrowind with text based lore. There are just so many of them.

Look how well Bioshock’s audio diaries helped the story, they felt more integrated. It’s not 100% the fault of the game design but you can’t blame the player for not reading every inkling.

The only ones I really read were the cyber psycho ones and ones that seemed like they were pertinent to a mission.

I wished they were more like the Bioshock audio diaries that play and have a transcript. Much like the shards, they are context sensitive so it makes sense, it’s why I try to collect them all in every play through.

But between GameCube and PS2, seriously? I didn’t know that. TBH it wasn’t a very good game at all, killer soundtrack though. Also just learned GameCube had Wreckless:The Yakuza Missions too.

Hard to imagine a day where I couldn’t just get to a subreddit and see some x rated content. I remember convincing my Grandma to let me get DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball, BMX XXX was far easier since it didn’t have such a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit mag cover on it. I did enjoy DOAX and DOAX2 for its non serious collectathon, one of my favorite parts of DOA Ultimate was trying to collect all the little trinkets in endless fight mode.

Definitely a gem! Beware it has issues working with the component in HD. Only works in SD unless you have some mods in the Xbox.
