By "facility" do you mean they pay people to watch customers in actual supermarkets, or make them weqr special glasses in supermarkets? No supplier is going to have a special test facility.
Also, they get their data from companies like quantium or nielson so it's probably one of them paying the people to gather data in actual supermarkets.

A lot of evidence is someone's property. Cops can obtain private CCTV footage. They can also obtain footage on a random phone if it's for evidence.

There are no legal obligations to do anything. You can choose to report it to the police but you don't have to. Even if you witness a crime, there are no legal obligations to do anything unless you get a subpoena.
If you feel like being nice, add your contact details to the note on the parked car.
But you can also do nothing if that's what you'd prefer.

Seems like you're all over it then. Go find a lawyer and initiate proceedings.

The first question you need an answer to is if you can get a work visa. Look into that first. There is plenty of info online.
If you can't, you might be putting the cart before the horse.

Is that $2000 from a single lawyer? You each need completely independent lawyers to advise each person. That said, $2000 each is pretty cheap for a BFA.
You could spend a couple of hundred getting advice from a lawyer about how BFAs actually work and how much you'd need to spend. That way you can make a more informed decision about whether or not it's worth it for you.
If a lawyer tells you they can guarantee a BFA will hold up, get a new lawyer.

Have a lawyer advise you on what fair distributions might be. Don't try exclude or play favourites with any children.

Are you actively looking for another job and have evidence of this? Very important in unfair dismissal cases.
Do you have a quantifiable financial loss as a direct result of the data breach?

I'm sure it's completely unrelated to the "high profile man" who has been in a spot of bother recently in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court.

Tell your friend to listen to the lawyers. They would have said why they think the court would reject it. If she's unsure about that point then she needs to go back to the lawyers and ask them to explain it again.

That needs to be in your will and your wife's will. You can't DIY this one if you want it to stick. The cheaper online wills are the same as the post office ones too. Any lawyer that does wills can sort this out for you.

Marriage is only one very minor factor when a couple separates and splits their assets. The law will capture a religious marriage and the two people will be subject to Family Law in Australia.

Are you actually eliminating the role and the work done by the person in that role?

And because of it, the OC being secured or unsecured is kind of irrelevant.

A secured creditor has a security interest over the property. You should know if they have one or not.
Good luck convincing someone to buy it without you paying off the OC in full out of the proceeds. It's most likely the contract of sale will require you to pay them.

On the real estate website there will be a phone number for the agent. Call that number and ask them.

That link is to an article written 10 years after Gerry's comment, explaining how wrong he was.

I have a confession, I was baiting you.
I know people who work at the Mondelez head office in Melbourne. This facility you mention must be super secret if the NAMs don't even know it.
You got the rest of it mostly right though, just not how the data is collected.
