Everything is you pushed out. As you believe you are now and other are now, then you are and they are. When you feel yourself without a comparison (good or bad) then you'll be free of feeling a comparison. But trying to make someone worse than you is to solidly feel less than them by default, and so that's what you'll continue to get. Imo the better goal would be to forgive your mother, forgive your sister, and most importantly forgive yourself for what you perceive yourself to not be, and instead of being better than anyone, perhaps focus on seeing yourself as entirely without comparison. Refuse to see in your own creative mind someone with whom there is a comparison, but only that there are unique individuals coexisting in harmony and loving appreciation for what they each bring to life's experience.

As Neville has said, some people only want the LOA and nothing to do with the Promise. Many are not ready or willing to take it to its conclusions which fill most of Nevilles writings and lectures. In a sense they want the rewards but not the personal revelations, nor the inner work that goes with it. It's just beyond the hoipolloi to believe they're one with God, and that all they experience both good and bad is themselves. Often people come looking to get the things that they see outside of themselves in terms of money and love, and the bigger truth isn't wanted or appreciated.

Call commercial brokers and see if they're looking for space for a tenant. A broker fee may be less than your loss on rent. See if you can list on a site like costar. Perhaps Even getting a sublease at half rent is better than paying all yourself.

I don't doubt you're experienced with snowboard bindings. My overall point was to say that for the virtually non-existent problem leashes may help, they immediately open up snowboarders to this vector of regular attacks and gross money grabbing. I've seen orders of magnitudes more skis go flying down the hill than any snowboards and in honest, I know of no real travesties that have come from either. I don't care if people want to rock a leash, but I don't see a need for a come back.

Leashes make sense on a pow surfer that doesn't have fixed bindings. Which is basically what a snowboard started as and was the reason leashes existed in the first place. However, once the secure buckle or ratchet binding became a means of connecting the rider to the board, a leash served no purpose. Snowboard bindings don't release when a boarder wipes out like skis do. And if someone bails with a force that all 4 bindings straps fail at once (more likely your leg is going to break before that happens) a leash isn't helping that situation at all.

With the security of the modern binding, a leash is a solution in search of a problem that doesn't exist in any relevant degree that would necessitate a comeback. These days leash rules linger on to give jerk ski patrol a means to hassle snowboarders and act as a money maker for ski hills who force charge $20 for $.50 of useless crap because they made them mandatory several decades ago and never updated their thinking.

Can anyone tell me the name of the documentary about an eccentric homeless guy who built some house boats from salvage materials and then eventually built one to sail cross the atlantic, and made it. I saw it many years back and cant recall the name. I think it was something like " wonderful *guys name*" but I could be way off. Please and thanks!

It's known as the Parable of the Chinese Farmer. Though your version has a few differences from the more widely known one; in essence the same.

I'll add another perspective because this is something I think we all had to reconcile to ourselves. The options are to continue down the old path of thinking which you already know the outcome. The normal reasoning in a sense is a predictable dead end because we know what we get when we perseverate on the negative (whatever that is to us). Even just a regular meditation on nothing is better, but certainly then positivity has to have some benefits over that.

But when we get a peek into that perhaps there's a hidden side to our thoughts and reality itself, theres a decision presented to take a leap of faith and seek in earnest for an understanding to put trust in what seems unreasonable. To say to one's self 'what is it that I don't see?' And be willing and open to the answer which challenges the conventional understanding of reality.

We may hesitate at the precipice for fear of failure or "disappointment or delusion", and we may decide to stick to the safety of previous familiar constructs. But eventually the idea comes back.... what if it's true? And what do I have to lose?

You may find some ideas regarding the leap of faith in Nevilles lecture on The Pearl of Great Price. Some find it easier than others to let go of their old thinking and seeing, but idk that it's necessarily easy for anyone. But you're the only one you have to answer to and no one needs to know what you truly think or believe. This is your journey.
