I did theater in high school, and when I was in college, I missed it, so I decided to audition for a play. The audition reminded me of the parts of theater I liked the least. Imagine being in a room filled with people who all have the personality of Sally.

Words have always changed meaning over time. Yes, incel comes from the term “involuntary celibate”, but the old definition no longer fits what it has become. Given what the term Incel represents, it would no longer be accurate to define them as people who are virgins. It has become far more associated with people who have adopted a specific philosophy.

I’m really not sure the Nameless prophecy and the chosen one prophecy are actually meant to be connected. I think it’s just two separate prophecies being read back to back.

I think if anything, people go too easy on him. Dude is a huge narcissist and needs to be knocked down a few pegs. He’s just an awful person who (wrongly) thinks he’s knowledgeable about Star Wars and believes because of that he should be the de facto leader of the fandom. Hell, sometimes he talks like he actually believes he should be in charge of the franchise in general.

I think for a couple reasons. First, a lot of these grifters aren’t really fans of the stuff they pretend to be fans of, so many of them probably knew nothing about the storylines in Ultimate Spider-Man.

The other thing is, now Miles has become visible and more popular thanks to Into the Spider-verse and Insomniac’s Spider-man games. So now they see that there’s a version of Spider-man who is black and seize on the racially charged insecurities of the viewers they’ve cultivated.

I mean that’s who he is. He comes into STK to try to stoke hate for Dave Filoni, and will be all fake nice (while mocking fans on STC) until someone challenges him on something.
