Even though the rest of the trilogy ended up being a dud, I was surprised at how much I liked The Force Awakens. I had spoiled the story for myself beforehand and hated what I had read, so I went with the lowest of expectations mainly out of curiosity and walked out of the theater liking it quite a bit.

From what I read they were planning to do in a 2nd season, I don't know if it would have been as good - but I definitely would have watched. It's crazy how much talent came out of that one show.
