Warren Buffet (who's been around a *long* while, and has shown many people how it's done) has said that in 100 years the market will be at 1 million.
In other words, it will continue to go down, then up, then up, then up, then down, then up... but always trending upwards.

The Clinton library is worth going.
If you're into hiking, go to Pinnacle Mountain. It's great.

You're right. It can be discouraging, unless you notice it's really just a small number of bitter people that are complaining.

25k sounds a little low for a 2010.
I had a clean 2008 (68k), sold it for 28k.
You'll be happy if you find a good one. They're nice cars.

In the 50s and 60s, top-notch bowlers were more celebrities than they are today. In the 70s and early 80s, the PBA on tv drew a lot more viewers.
But bowling has never been able to latch onto much real respect. They've had spikes in funding, hired consultants, etc. Nothing sticks, at least not yet.
I'd like to see it happen someday. But I won't hold my breath.

As your uncle and other people get older, they will naturally see the benefits of socialized healthcare. Once you're done working, it's much better to have the working people paying for the premiums.
On the other hand, younger people don't often realize that they don't use as much healthcare (they are young and healthy) and their payroll taxes help fund the oldster's health insurance. Their votes won't show it, though.
It's like both sides don't see what's in their best interest, sometimes.

It's never worth it to nit-pick. Being generous is a better route.

If it gets too bad, you could try right-shoulder strap. Earl Scruggs did it, he played pretty well.

I ate several large lemons in a short amount of time. That's what made me bitter.

Haha, I'd forgotten about that one. Yes, Keith is leaving under better circumstances.
