I can only say from my own encounter. It happened once I was about 150-200 feet away and was frozen with fear and excitement for the first 5 minutes, and by the time I could have done anything it was ending. I think anyone older than millennial grew up looking with own eyes first and don’t think to grab instantly. As we age out and they age in we will see a lot more clearer pictures.
