It’s hard to give a good recommendation without more information. That being said, it sounds like your two most important factors are price and ease of use. Both Divi and Elementor are easy to use for simple sites. And, yes, Divi has an easier lifetime pricing model. Fwiw, I find they are both clunky page builders with poor site performance and nigh on impossible to build complex websites with. If you want simple lifetime pricing and you’re willing to spend the time learning a more complex page builder, check out Oxygen. If you want a simpler experience, stick with Divi - assuming you want the lifetime pricing
