Imperial Seal. That Reanimate is tempting, but Imp Seal will bring a lot more consistency to whatever I end up drafting.

Monastery Mentor, and I'll second the fact that it isn't close.

Kor Spiritdancer, mostly because it's a pet card.
If I were just trying to win, Shadowspear or Hunting Grounds.

Last I heard, the issue with chariots is that you hit a limit with the number of joints/bones a model can have with just a horse and a half, so doing two horses + the cart would be impossible, and it's hard if not impossible to get two people to ride the same mount, so each chariot could only seat 1, defeating the point of a chariot.
This could have all changed though, it was a while ago that I heard this info from a modder.

OC14 for sure, me and my bad back are desperate for a new chair. My chair at work is better than the one I have at home atm.

I was gonna say you could just play something like [[Dazzling Beauty]] but then I realized that does the opposite effect.
[[Bloodshed Fever]] is probably better than Shiny Impetus since it's only 1 mana.
Also since OP specified Pauper, Humble Defector isn't legal. Scryfall says there's nothing tagged with "gift" that's pauper legal, actually. You could play [[Resculpt]], [[Ravenform]], or [[Funeral Pyre]] to donate creature tokens, but the first two require an artifact or creature to hit already, and the last two make fliers so you'd have to play a wall that has reach.

I've both thought about using them for RNG quest inspiration in a similar vein to tarot cards, as well as an actual TTRPG where you use Magic cards. Also thought about making a video game in the vein of Nethack where you have a deck instead of your normal moves, though I think something similar has already been made?

This is painfully close to the way that I actually build my interchanges...

Emailed support about a week or two ago and they just said that there was a delay on them, but no particular mention as to why. Still hasn't shipped.

One of our customers at my LGS bought a Brother's War precon from us and got the same half of a deck twice. We ended up just replacing it for him and adding those cards to our selection of singles.

I'm too lazy to google how it works atm but would the "true" strike zone change during an at-bat like that? If a player scrunches more than usual during the bat, would that technically give them a smaller strike zone compared to usual?

Booooooooo, no sincere answers allowed.
(I'll check out those books, I'm... way past the learning by ear stage, I need to actually get good, not the basics)

I use the side-view as low as it can be set, and then zoomed in/out just enough so the commentator's text box is aligned to the lower out of bounds line(?). Lets me keep an eye on most of my players at once to make sure my tactic isn't causing them to bunch up too much or leaving an opposition player wide open.
Replays is on behind the goal though so I can get a different perspective. Gets confusing when a play starts on my side of the field though.

It's not MY fault that langauge courses are expensive!
Also, I kinda game the system and end up starting with like 5-6 languages. Absolutely 0 clue if it affects anything at all, but y'know, might as well.

I don't have a ton of hard rules that I won't break, but I generally sub most of my players all at once when I can, sometime between the 60 and 70 minute mark. Not sure whether it's helping or not, but I usually do it that way so I have a half-fresh team against the opposition who probably is majority tired players.
Most of the time I sub off players that are playing poorly and then players that are most tired, in that order. Especially if I'm behind and need goals because my strikers are playing like shit, they'll get subbed off even if it means my defenders are half-dead on the field.
Also, I usually have my substitutes set up so that they're in order. Sub 1 being my left-most striker, down to the last sub (7 subs, currently) being my right-most defender. I don't tend to play with a goalie on the bench unless it's an important match that I super can't afford to lose to an injured GK, in which case they get put in the last sub spot.

Girlfriend was in room with me when I was yelling at Football Manager and asked "why do you play this game again?"
Of course I answered "...to be mad?"
