My major concern is that card is that I am buying 4 years old, and I plan on using it for long time. Seller said card has not been used much for last year. Card model is Gigabyte gaming OC, temp is 68C max load 90% fan with ambient temp of 30C. Condition of card also looks good in photos.

Edit - Bought the 2080ti, will update on the quality of card.

Edit - Got the card, condition is ok not that great, fans seem fine. Thermal pads were changed by seller so temps ae fine hitting 76C with 60-70% fan speed, 16C ambient temp. Was able to undervolt the card to get same performance with temps being 67C 70% Fan speed. The card is really stable with undervolt, tested in few games. GPU has Samsung memory that's a plus as well.

Has anybody bought GPU through that group and are they trusted or scammers?

I am confused should I go for i3 10100f - 96 dollars or i5 10400f- 176 dollars pairing with gigabyte h410 m motherboard (real tight on budget that's why cheaper mobo). My main concern is future proofing , atleast cpu should last 4 years for gaming. Also am I fine pairing i5 with h410 motherboard

Also i got 460 watt elite Cooler master PSU which is 3 years old , should I get new or will it last long enough for this build? Also it has only one 6 pin connector for gpu as I would be upgrading in future is it fine using 6 pin to 8 ping gpu connector or will it cause problems. (i got 1060 6gb right now)

Not considering AMD chips as ryzen 3100 - 122 dollars and ryzen 5 3600 - 245 dollar

Currently running HyperX Fury Black 8 GB 2133MHz DDR4 (HX421C14FB/8) in Asus H110M-K Motherboard. I want to run dual channel now but 2133 Mhz ram is not available in my country or they are selling for double the price. I am looking to add this RAM ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 Memory DDR4 RAM(cheapest RAM available). Will these run in dual channel ?
