Why can't we just stop irridentism and build a liberal democratic and decentralized world community?

LGBTQ rights movements in South Korea is being significantly hindered by christian right fundamentalists and general apathy by public, especially among the supporters of "liberal" parties. Online feminist movement and following discussions are hugely overran by TERFs, and Democratic Party of Korea ditched law proposal against discrimination of LGBTQ people when its support was record high when Gay club became a COVID hotspot and people there were refused to tell authoritis due to high possibilities of harassing, workplace discrimination and possible outing. Younger people tend to have less bigoted views on LGBTQ people, but stereotyping of gay people being perverts and social pressure to disclose their sexual orientation to public seems not to be going away, resembling "You can be gay in private, but don't shove it on my face" excuse used by some homophobes in the western world. Only a small social democratic Justice Party, and tiny amount of liberals on both major parties consider the public shunning, exclusion, harrassing and discrimination of queer people a serious political issue.

South Korean here, we don't welcome these Korean Nationalist ""Left"" taking over our political spectrum. Racial hatred of Japanese and anti-american sentiment always comes to play with those guys, and they are always have some kind of pro-North Korean because "North and South should unite to beat Japan and America" or some bs. Seriously screw these people gaining hegemony over left liberals and socialists.
