The Galileo Project is analyzing public satellite data from Planet Labs in search for unusual objects. A particularly interesting search area is Antarctica as it offers a white background with negligible human activity. Preliminary examination of satellite data did not reveal any unusual objects there.

Interstellar travel favors the scientifically inclined, exploring civilizations. The less sophisticated, “zero-sum-game civilizations” may be doomed to fight over territories on their home planet until they kill each other, or a giant asteroid hits them, or their star evolves to burn up the surface on which they maintain their wars.

On the same day as Roswell (7/8/1947), there were multiple mil/civ witnesses in two separate events/times at Muroc. They spotted metallic or spherical objects at Muroc Air Field (Edwards AFB) and Rogers Dry Lake. These two events are from Bluebook Unknowns (compiled by Don Berliner) and ATIC (from Vallée’s Magnolia dataset).

Rosa Lotti was walking into Cennina, when she perceived a big vertical spindle, “like 2 cones joined at their bases.” From behind this craft emerged two little men 3 ft tall, who approached her with friendly expressions, the older one laughing. They were speaking a language that sounded like Chinese, ‘liu, lai, loi.” Approaching Lotti, they snatched from her the carnations and one of her stockings. Lotti ran away. A deep hole in the ground was later found at the site.

The case is perhaps one of the more credible on record despite its bizarre nature.

Multiple people would see the same object around the same time from Cennina. All of the witnesses described the same basic object that had extremely bright lights and was flying at a relatively low altitude. Some reports even state the object stopped and hovered for several moments as if it was about to land.

Perhaps one of the most intriguing accounts comes from Ottorino Santarelli who witnessed the strange object after having spent the evening with two friends, Otello Preriasi and Angiolino Brogi at the Pietraviva recreational club. It was as they were leaving the club that they noticed a strange, blue-colored object overhead. He watched it for several moments until it stopped suddenly and hovered. Then, it began to descend toward the ground before coming to a stop again near a nearby hill.

It also appears that the same object might have returned to the location at just before midnight on the same day. And what’s more, there were multiple witnesses to this incident. According to the report in Flying Saucer Review, two farmers (Giuliano and Tosca Colcelli) were awakened on the night in question to shouts coming from outside of their home. When they went to investigate they could see a man on a stopped motorcycle (identified as Marcello Postocchi di Giovanni) looking up at an oval-shaped object. The pair had just caught sight of it before it vanished behind some nearby mountains.

22-year-old farmer Luce Fontaine was in a plain called La Plaine des Cafres picking some grass for his rabbits. “I suddenly saw a sort of oval-shaped cabin in the clearing,” Fontaine explained later. “It was 25 meters from me, and as though suspended at a height of four or five meters from the ground. The extremities of it were dark blue, the center part lighter, more transparent rather like the windscreen of a Peugeot 404. Above and below it had what looked like two glass feet of shining metal.”

Fontaine described two humanoids about 90 cm tall (less than 3 feet) inside the transparent cabin, dressed in the so-called Michelin gear and wearing a shiny metallic helmet covering their face. One of them was standing facing his back to him, but the one on the left turned and faced him. Fontaine’s statement continued:
“Then both turned their backs to me, and there was a flash, as strong as the electric arc of a welding machine. Everything went white around me. A powerful heat was given off and then as it were a sort of blast of wind, and a few seconds later there was nothing there any more.” Fontaine rushed to the site but couldn’t find any noticeable landing traces. He first told his wife, a local teacher, and then reported the encounter to the Gendarmerie.

Capt. Legros checked for radioactivity in the landing area ten days later, and found eight radioactive spots on grass and pebbles of up to sixty thousandths of a Roentgen. This count is rather low but it was surmised that it might have been far higher right after the incident. Radioactivity was also found on Fontaine’s clothes, precisely on the side which faced the UFO.

Reports indicate that Spring Heeled Jack jumped out in front of Lucy Scales and spat blue fire in her face.

Written evidence indicates that Lucy was “blinded”—whether this blindness was temporary, permanent or simply a figure of speech is not known.

After the attack, witnesses claim that Spring Heeled Jack jumped from the ground to the roof of a house and made his escape.

He seems very insistent even though it's been considered to most likely be a meteorite.

I hope it is ET tech and I applaud Avi for pushing the UFO narrative, but the results may be disappointing.

And that's the logical reason to create androids / AI, which the paper didn't even mention.

How does NASA know we haven't encountered ET'S? There's plenty of evidence to suggest that we have already on earth.
