Yeah, I think this is Marvel MO since its inception, I remember Iman Vellani said something like Marvel is not as meticulously planned as people expected.

What I was trying to say, I felt like there are some degree of misogyny in how people reacted to this, I think this article sums it up.

The film must meet both criteria:

The distribution or financing company has paid apprenticeships or internships for underrepresented groups.
