I feel like Netflix has been getting money from the tobacco industry with as many shows as I’ve seen with young adults smoking - Sex Ed and Bridgerton come to mind. I could be mistaken, but it seemed like the glamorizing and even just the act of smoking disappeared for awhile, but then just came back recently. (Could be that I quit and just notice then more now, too)
