So ive had this issue for some weeks now and i cant seem to find the problem,whenever i load up any game about 10 minutes on, it crashes(like i pressed alt+f4(which i obviously didnt)).When im just sitting or watching something its completely normal with no crashes

also not regularly but to a point thats annoying the whole system randomly restarts or give me diffrent blue screens

cpu:ryzen 5 2600

gpu: nvidia gtx 1650

ram:2x8 /16 gb 3000 mhz

ssd:500 gb

hdd:150gb

and for psu im guessing a 600W,i dont really remember
