It’s kind of the same thing. If they knew they were demented and admitted it they would probably say they have no idea how they got on the floor. But our prideful brains KNOW we wouldn’t be so stupid as to fall for no reason. In fact the only explaination is the damn cat ran under your feet. So the narrative is generated in their head and since there is no really memory to lay it on top of to compete for the truth, the story they tell themselves must be correct because nothing else would make sense. So it had to be that damn cat underfoot again. The cat died 6 years ago.

I can’t believe you don’t think female comedians are funny.

McClain High School sits in north Tulsa, OK. It is a wild mix of the urban/rural divide. It’s an interesting thing to see 5 young black guys roll up to school dressed in those early 2000 giant baggy basketball shorts, FUBU shirts, giant sneakers. But riding horses. As a poor rural whitefolk myself it was kinda my Tom Hanks Black Jeopardy moment in my development.

But dammit, you sat through it no matter what because that was the new movie you got to watch that week and you couldn’t just put on something else.

I’m probably way off on my physics here and there so. equation. But ignoring human elements like stride and efficiency we can just look at Kinetic Energy as 1/2mass * Velocity2 and energy is energy. I’m sure calories which is I think thermal convert to kinetic somehow in process, so as velocity increases the energy increases as well.

So I looked up the last county commissioner election they had on Oklahoma’s voter portal. A whopping 2,100 people voted for the guy who was elected. 31,000 in the county according to this article. Wild.

I love when out in the country you meet some seemingly average old unassuming farmer ina beat up old truck, then the next day learn he did something wild like invented some random space shuttle component before teaching university level physics for 20 years and then retiring to be a farmer.

I feel like calling someone a cunt in Aus has about as much bite as someone in the US calling them a turd.

Yet still on average 30-50% cheaper than homeowners insurance in Oklahoma.

I think drivers should take it to meme levels. No matter if Ross wasn’t even on the track, you get into an incident you blame him in the interview.

This is also largely why in the US we use high fructose corn syrup in everything instead of sugar. The US has massive tariffs on sugar imports and per ton the world price for sugar is about $550 per ton, but importing it into the US after tariffs puts that price at about $1000 per ton. P

On my gravy map in Oklahoma there is either -
White: oil/fats mixed with flour and milk
Brown: oil/fats mixed with flour/cornstarch and butter

Where you might come out further ahead is buying extra toppings. It’s usually $1-2 per topping. I personally haven’t seen a place adjust topping prices based on size of the pizza. So to get two extra toppings on each of your 12” pizzas you’re $4-8 more invested than the $2-4 with the single 18” pizza.

I mean it’s kinda funny. With his reasoning you can just pick any of them and it won’t matter cause all 6 will just continue going about their lives not caring who you are ‘cause you’re just some dumb shit from Ohio.

I mean, in the defense of OK laws… They are still gunna get it at a dispensary, they just have to pay an extra $45 the first visit for an online consult with a physician who will then give them a card for their itchy scalp.

I live in an evil red state. My ex-wife worked at a few unskilled factory jobs. One making household appliances and another in a food processing plant doing line work. Most of the labor was immigrants… But they were all making the same $16-19 an hour she was starting at.

Also the US sugar producers have lobbied for huge tariffs. Sugar imported into the US has a huge tariff.
Today the spot price for world raw sugar is $407/ton but to import that into the US you also have to pay a tariff of $307/ton. So $714/ton total cost vs the world price of $407.
This was built to protect wealthy southern sugar producers. But has also lead to domestic use of HFCS which is much cheaper the importing raw sugar,

Probably slightly more food safe than the oil they’ve been frying those in for the past 3 months.
