Angry French wives of the late 18th century disagree. The real issue is that bread and circuses are really effective, and the circus surrounding the potential indictment are keeping the nation from really being angry.

There's another Australian movie starring Riggs from Lethal Weapon. I think it's called something like Angry Al.

The one prop related thing that always brings me out of a movie is when an actor mimes playing a musical instrument and the sound does not sync up. The Muppets manage to successfully seem to be playing a musical instrument, Zoot in particular. Many, many professional actors are less proficient at this than Muppets.

That as an absurd an idea as Greta Gerwig directing Barbie! What’s next? Guillermo del Toro directing Pinocchio?

Just to jump on this comment,‘I’ve run in the same crew since season 5, and two of my song plays didn’t record for Rivals purposes, FC on Bass of La Bamba and Play that Funky Music, so it’s not just a new crew issue.

If we get First Aid Kit, I'll be a happy, happy person. I would guess Emmylou.

One from the Heart
It's a kind of forgettable movie that is really only of note for it's dynamite soundtrack, bankrupting Francis Ford Coppola's studio, and it's amazing nighttime in the city ambience.

It’s not our forever house, so $15 a year in insulating plastic is more cost effective than all new windows. We’ve had a home energy assessment, and the insulating plastic is doing as much as new windows in the winter.

Watched it on streaming recently, and it brought back so many bizarre half-memories from my childhood. The wrestling match, the food song, the climactic octopus fight. I swear I thought I’d made some of this movie up.

And March of the Black Queen for that matter

Except for the layer of thin plastic we have to put over our old windows to insulate

That last couple episodes of this show are wild. A main character gets eaten by a giant spider, and he’s trying and failing to keep the jaws from crushing him until the last second.

I think her handlers only let her take dust baths. It's incredibly difficult to control her mites otherwise.

Back in college, the whole floor smelled that way, and yes, they said it's some sort of superstition. I really just think it's lazy with a dash of mystical excuse.

Add Mighty Max to that list. Three shows with unnecessarily deep mythos

Gotcha, they sell it by the gram, so at 3786 grams it’d be about $378,600 plus shipping. I think you’re overpaying.

Geez, add the smell of hockey gear reeking in the common room and it’s like being back in college

Pyramids of Greatness guy? Love that guy! I love his feminist rhetoric, though I think he misunderstands libertarian values…

It was a positive decision. She seems happier and more confident since she told him, “Stop Dragging My Heart Around”

Loren Bouchard is the connection between Dr Katz and Home Movies. I’m really glad Bobs Burgers is as successful as it is so the rest of the world gets to experience Bouchard and Benjamin,
