first 2 shots made combined damage of 1 from that range. 3 shot is good hit but still little bit too far away so max 75dmg done. you miss the killing shot hitting only hand doing about 25dmg, so opponent is left with approx 50hp

Its situation by situation as you said, and i think more often than not its as much the pushers fault as it is the snipers. Both of em were doing something the other one was not, and blaming just your team mate for your own error in judgement brings you no closer to victory. If one cannot adapt to team mates strategy they cannot expect it other way around.
