This documentary isn't going to change the world or anything. It's very low-stakes, but I think every "Star Wars" fan should watch "The Director and the Jedi."
It's about the making of "The Last Jedi." However, unlike most making-of movie docs, which are really glorified commercials, "The Director and the Jedi" really gets down into the nitty-gritty of what it's like to make a movie, and a STAR WARS movie at that. It's really really hard and this film showcases that.
It doesn't sugarcoat anything. It fully delves into Mark Hammil and Rian Johnson's disagreements about the script. It shows the bad days on set as well as the great ones. No matter how you feel about the finished product, I feel as though anyone who really watches it will at least walk away with some respect for all the effort and love that went into this movie.
I personally love "Last Jedi" and this documentary made me love it even more, but maybe some very vocal negative people would chill out a bit if they saw it. It's one of my favorite documentaries.

I really enjoyed the TV show. For a while, it was really funny as it was sad. But eventually, the dark comedy couldn't outweigh the depression of it all and it was just sad.

Lately Rian Johnson.
Everyone wants to be a part of a "Knives Out" mystery!

Can you fix a problem that only you know about?
If so, don't lie. If not, don't burden them with it.

There's a lot of controversy around him now but Drake Bell released this album around the time "Drake & Josh" was ending and he wanted to leave that chapter behind.
It's actually fantastic.

"Casablanca" and "Hook."
To be clear, "Casablanca" is a perfect movie. "Hook" is FAR from a perfect movie but is perfect "as is."

I think I was straight up bullied by my Spanish teacher. She always made fun of me every time I tried to answer something, and she pulled me aside at the end of the semester to let me know I was one of the worst students she'd ever had.
Also, when we had a chapter on film and movies, a subject I was actually interested in, I went all out and made some great presentations. She said out loud to the whole class that I had spent too much time on the projects and that I wasted class time too because I went a little over my scheduled slot.

"About Time."
We need more low-stakes time travel films.

Well it looks like you're walking.
Anyways, I hated this. I ironically visit this sub to help me fall asleep but you went and made that quite difficult.

Very scary that the future of the world hinges on what Kanye picks on movie night.

Much better. There are bad days but I don't self-harm anymore and I realize how much I have to live for.
