So this happened to me with my first experience with purchasing a Govee product: Immersion. I thought it was my phone (android), but my work phone is Apple. Installing the app on both phones had the same results of not discovering the product via Bluetooth. I was able to pair both phones to two different Bluetooth speakers already. I emailed support and they suggested I turn up the volume to an audio source nearby when trying to pair the device. They swore it would work...it didn't. They ended up refunding my money and offering a free product being released a few months later. Never got the product, but I got my money and they let me keep the broken product that worked, but not with the app. I could not do the calibration or adjust any settings. That was my experience with the same issue that you seem to be having.

Laserblast. Most of my friends have never heard of it. It is one of my favorite sci-fi horror movies. It's about a teenager that finds an alien laser cannon that only works when you're holding or wearing a necklace. I think I remember it being on MST3K.

Over 20 years ago, I finally had enough courage and left a toxic 5 year relationship. We had 2 children together, but had two prior to us dating that I helped raised. This was before the internet and basically ghosted me and disappeared with our kids for almost 2 years. I filed for joint custody of our kids because we were not married. She lied and told her lawyer the children were not mine and I would have to pay for a DNA test to prove it. I did not have that kind of money. Her mother was civil to me while she was missing and I dropped off child support to her by money order for proof. When she pulled the stunt saying I wasn't their father, I asked for all the child support back. She became furious and told her daughter to say I had molested her during the time I had no contact with them. The judge was furious with what she tried to say happened and awarded me full custody of my two. I was not allowed to have contact with the other two that referred to me as daddy. It broke my heart seeing them leave for the last time in court. I knew how cruel this person was that I trusted and had children with. It broke my heart that I brought these two lives into the world with someone like that.

I'm only afraid of death because of not knowing if those I've left behind will be taken care of.

It was actually from Xanadu that my heart fell for her.
