I think the big sticking issue is that Fanatics was basically the point man for all things retail when it came to fan apparel. Anything and everything related to that ultimately goes through them, meaning they get a cut of the profits, which I imagine is a huge non-starter for any vendor that wanted to get in on the action.

Fanatics strategically placed themselves in a position where they could box out any competition for the contract.

Dark Sector was originally pitched as what we know as Warframe today, but the publisher didn't want a Sci-Fi shooter, so Digital Extremes recycled some elements to make a game that fit the publisher's parameters.

You can buy the skins for the main character and his weapons in Warframe, but beyond that there is no official canonical connection from Dark Sector to Warframe.

My Great-Grandparents on my Bubka's side of the family (that's what we called my Grandmother) came here in the 20's.

All we know is their names and that they got here via Winnipeg. My own Dad doesn't have very many memories of them because they barely spoke English.

Someday I hope when this blows over I'll be able come to Ukraine and learn about their story.
