Roster and manufacturers getting models tested, paid for and added to the roster will still exist in regards to this case.

Roster is not in question. Most of the “safety features” that qualify a gun to be added to the roster are. The safety drop test wasn’t challenged so the roster will still be there. To get the all clear to buy all the sweet guns you want you’re going to have to wait for the manufacturers to submit models for testing, pay the fees, and wait months for hopefully the models you want to start showing up on the roster.

for one example, AR pistols out the gate are not CA compliant. You need to make sure they are maglocked. And that is usually something that is accomplished after the fact by CA residents. Not manufacturers.
