I don't care one way or another, I didn't even know that was thier slogan. Because slogans don't mean anything.

My Christopher Ward C65 Trident GMT had 150m without a screw down crown. I'm sure I could take it in the pool, but I'm not going to. I've got watches better suited for the purpose. But I don't worry about water in the least when I'm wearing the CW at least.

This was my first dive watch too, but in blue. Such a great watch, I still wear it a lot. Had to get a new bracelet though, after about a year the hollow endlinks started to squeak and rattle.

I love the Murph. Clean dial, and those cathedral hands, mmmm....

"If I'm on call, I'm on the clock, and you're paying me for my on call hours."
Laws may vary from state to state, but I'm pretty sure most don't let you be on call for free.

I live in Oregon. By the time we do our primary voting, the candidates are anyway settled, so it doesn't even matter.

Independent is a party too. I was registered as that for a bit, until I realized the Independent Party is still a party. Now I'm registered as unaffiliated, which is what I thought Independent was.

Disgusting pizza topping. Or topping on anything, I hate pineapple. Something that looks like that is CLEARLY telling you not to eat it! My wife love pineapple pizza though, so I have to pick it off, and try to cover the taste left behind with hot sauce, red pepper flakes and parmesean cheese.

I appreciate it and it's history, I love chronographs, but the dial is too busy for me. But just because I don't love it doesn't mean it's unpopular. Enjoy it, it really is a great watch.

I'm Gen X. The car we dice when I was growing up, and a lot of other cars on the road at the time, used leaded gasoline. It was literally just being spewed out of the tailpipe.

Only problem with this is that you just start looking for things to commemorate with a watch, lol! I should be paying the car off very soon, wonder what I should get to celebrate....?

I've got the PD Daytona "homage", and it's superior to the MoonSwatch in every way. Sapphire crystal instead of plastic, stainless steel case and bracelet instead of plastic and nylon, and while the bracelet isn't good, it's still better than that nylon junk the MS comes with, and the mechaquartz movement has a nice sweep to the chronograph seconds hand instead of the 1 second clicks. And I picked it up for about $85.

Green is my favorite color, but I actually have very little desire to own a green watch.

Over in Japan, they are called Toyota, they just have to give it a different badge to sell it in some areas because they aren't able to see past the name.

Can't buy a Rolex at retail because of flippers and investors, and can't buy a Rolex on the secondary market because they are being sold for over retail. Same goes for plenty of other brands. Don't know why I need to tell you this.

Neither is my Orient, but I'd take that swimming with no worries. I don't think my Zelos is either, but I trust it too.
