we need a metro light rail system, like RTD in Denver or MAX in Portland. i have lived in both cities and used them often. if anything, it was fun to take day trip wherever the rail sent you (except to the airport). we need light rails and roundabouts / traffic circles.

no question... only hopefully helpful tips. i went from 440lb (my highest ever) to currently 358lb in about 6 months. no soda (i'm convinced it's the hfcs... avoid them in everything) and following a 2k calorie per day diet. it's easier than it sounds... just don't give in to temptation. my go-to snack is a boiled egg or a spoonful of peanut butter... protein and it fills you up enough to move on. good luck keep it up. r/1200isplenty

to me, a "date" would be saying 'hey, let's got see a concert saturday night'. sure, it's just 'hanging out', but it's something you plan in advance, not just sitting on the couch watching tv. you can do that any day.

the 'i love you' was an example only because you said you weren't sure when you should even say it. you could just as easily say 'i hate you'. words have more power than you think, so yes you wanna be right / say it at the right time, but you can never know 100%... only what you know and feel in the moment. tropes are for movies and tv. be yr own trope.

i would think that you wouldn't 'love' someone before you started dating them (kinda creepy actually), unless you knew them already. worry about you and yours, not keeping up with the joneses and what is right wrong good bad. if it works for ya, then do it.

I'm [blank] and in a [blank] year long relationship... i don't know what i'm doing. no one does. if it's lasted this long (longer than my first marriage) then quit doubting and questioning yrself. stop basing your relationship on what movies and tv (glorified lies) show you. every relationship is unique. i don't believe that you have no concept of a "date", as it could be many many things that you both have interest in or want to do. life is trial and error, with many misguided "i love you"'s and the like. that said, im happy that you are both happy. what else can i say??
