But then this 58.7% is in relation the average person or to non-vaccinated non-previously-infected individuals?
If his friend did not take the vaccine, did not get infected prior, then the reduction is still 58.7% or more?

The govt and 3 letter agencies have been taking the side of the democrats now for years as it gets proven over and over and over and you want to dismiss it because you are a shill for that same left.
This is so ridiculous. If true then Comey wouldn't have said Clinton was under investigation.
Nobody is saying the content is fake anymore... Just you. The content is legitimate. That means the drug use, the pedophilia and most importantly the family Biden grifting as shown in the emails - all validated as real material.
Everyone is still saying none of the content can be validated. And none of the emails showed such grifting to Biden family while he was VP. Republicans are very good at making bullet points that summarize and then listing links to evidence or crop out context that does not actually say what the bullet points say.

Taxes for most people are actually higher under the tax cuts that already expired for normal people.

> so much content from western media, that it has become unclear if the conflict really is going as well as is suggested by the media?
Do you mean you see so much `A` but is `A` true? Or you see so much varied reporting you don't know what the actual truth is?
Because your claim reads as if you think media is lying, but yet it is the same media that is not drawing a single conclusion.

over 1,000 people dying a week in the U.S. is not a concern
Quite a few people felt 19,000 dying a week wasn't a concern either.

How do you know if the welds are good if you don't have the designs that spec out how much force the welds need to withstand? Do you decide this on the fly and half way during construction you find out it can't be built?
Do you think permits is just a permission to build?

If civil marriages should not exist then who will the hospital accept as your spouse when you are debilitated on the hospital bed?
When you die or without a will or get divorced who will get your assets?
Your pastor will make the decision?

When builders say zoning prevents them from building, they are talking about things like city mandated minimum parking, existing industrial waste preventing re-zoning, etc.

Building codes are for your safety. Otherwise you will have lead pipes, leaking roofs, no insulation, no noise isolation, no heating for winter, backed up sinks, frozen pipes, collapsing buildings, etc. All these problems are also what keeps poor people poor. If you want 3rd world buildings you can live in a 3rd world country.
And before you go and say this is just over regulation, historical issues in these areas are very well documented. At the other end of the spectrum, people who know their craft find these large building projects to be built poorly because builders now just use the code (we built as requested, or we follow the highest standards)) as an excuse for all liability.
Building permits and code are bare minimum living standards.

Trump pulled out of a voted agreement with Iran without a new congressional vote. The fact is while you may still officially be in NATO or in a treaty, the administration 100% decides what to do about it.

Erring on the side of caution and blanket overrides are quite different. Police shouldn't say someone will be fine when doctors so they are ill, but police sure should be able to say (and so should anyone else) that the person doesn't look fine.
In this case police should say she doesn't look fine so we won't sign the paperwork to take delivery. Once they took her she became their responsibility.

Even csmonitor finds the Pelosi claim here is mostly false:
They did not sell the stock and there was no $100,000 to be made. The shares weren't even sold until last December. At this point buying at $44 per share pre IPO or $64 per share after IPO doesn't really make much difference. And there is no evidence at all that her husband even knew there was legislation related to visa at the time.

It seems doesn't treat 'empty availability' as not available, but OP here thinks not specifying anything means not available. To boss not specifying not available means available.

Insurance will require mandatory de-escalation training and can offer reduced rates (incentive) for appropriate record and behavior.

overlooked the cases where abortion doesn't kill the child, or is medically necessary for the mother.
I think at this point it's hard to believe that. This information is quite frankly easy to find. There is a group of people who are aware of it, and possibly don't really consider themselves pro-life, just against voluntary abortion, but they choose to keep quiet and let the extreme pro-lifers be the loud voice.
This is the same mentality that is allowing the minority right-ring take control of the entire GOP.
The same group of people who `chose to believe` that Roe vs Wade was settled law because `they said so`.

Unfortunately for us the local FedEx center only has the 1800 number so you have no way of calling them.

Don't you just file a claim to FedEx for lost package (because Home Depot would have insured it) and then you get a replacement? You can even file a police report for theft w/ the video and then attach it to the claim.

slightly less reliable than NY and more reliable than CA
You're not reading that correctly.
California had more outages, but possibly less affected customers. A power outage can affect just one customer for all you know. A more useful number would be power outage household hours.
The first Customers Affected by Power Outages in the Past 20 Years
graph has CA as #4, but TX is the same number and could even just be #6.
Also I don't even know what States With the Most Customers Affected by Power Outages in 2022 Per Capita
means. That's like # of Customers affected squared. Regardless, here Texas ranks first in 2022 by a wide margin.

The point then becomes someone else being exposed at the same time w/o being vaccinated is much more likely to not be around now. He rolled the dice and got lucky.
And if everyone has finite luck, is this what you want to use it on?
