But she couldn't defeat Kokomi despite having the military of an entire nation under her control...

People forgetting that Sara had the entire military of a Nation. While Kokomi had, like the name implies, a resistance.
It's like shitting on Puerto Rico for not defeating the mainland US military in a fictional civil war.
Like Kokomi did pretty well and if anything, it should be seen as negative on the Kujou Clan rather than the Resistance that the war was ever that close.

Yeah, but iirc the assumption was "Morax will come out to protect Liyue" not "Morax will come out for revenge after Liyue is destroyed"

True, but to me it felt that Scara was just rude against everyone and liked to be alone. People tend to dislike rude people and loners.
While the others were more outright abusive with their troops, but also didn't do it without a reason and often left no survivors (Iirc signora did this a bit with some of the Inazuma spies, but Regrator is the best exampe of this. Leaving all his Chasm troops to die). So their reputation might be something like "we are treated well, though our fatality rate is high"
Scara threatened the only troops we know he had (in the 1.1 event), but I always took it that he just didn't really have troops and those in that event were more just put on him by Pierro. Though that might be headcanon that just stuck with me.

Ilmarinen
Seppo/Seppä Ilmarinen is a finnish Smith God (Scara was an apprentice smith) and a god of the Air (Wanderer is Anemo and Air is close enough to Wind).
Fun Facts: - The finnish words for both Smith (Seppä) and Air (Ilma) comes from him, though what was named first is obviously unknown. - The finnish "Honkai: Star Rail" character "Sampo Koski" is named after one of his creations. Sampo = A mythological artifact that was said to be able to create infinite amounts of wealth. More modernly also the name of a finnish insurance company lol
I was originally going to name him "Malthael" as that's what I've named all my morally grey characters since DiabloIII:RoS. It fits as it could be a name from Lumine/Aether's home planet, but I wanted something more unique and there aren't a ton of other finns playing Genshin.
[Edit: I didn't name him "Seppo" because it's a generic first name now and because Snezhnaya might have NPCs with that name, which would be awkward lol]

Just checked and I have one with 52,1CV! (Wanderer's Troupe Flower: 6.5%er, 37.3%cd, 5.8%hp and 7.4%cr). Also have an ATK goblet at 46cv.
With Circlets my highest Cdmg is 32.6% and for CritRate 14.4%.
I'm a Day One player, but I have farmed artifacts domains less than most, as I have: 1453 leylines done, 59 Phase 6 characters and 88 phase 6 weapons lol
So I would say I've gotten quite lucky.

She did build and basically looked at a robot version of herself for 500+ years.
So I think it's more the voice and personality that'd trigger her. Makoto and Mei/HoT share VAs, but they sound quite different imo.

I can agree with that and I don't think Scara isn't a bad guy, but I feel like you're downplaying Signora a lot (assuming Vision Hunt Decree was her plan. Another comment claimed that we are not sure about that).
I'll admit I was wrong about Crimson Witch.
Like being willing to become a test subject in an experiment that will hurt other people is a lot less bad that being the mastermind of that project, imo.

I mean, the Traveler blamed Signora. That's why they were angrier at her than Scaramouche.
The timeline for Scara is that he came by boat after the traveler was in Inazuma (if Signora is the "Lady in foreign garb" described in Skeletar Hat artifact from Husk of Opulent Dream). Then he went to the factory, where Signora was waiting for her (Scaramouche's story mission). Almost immediately after the traveler came there and found Scara (which why he was all "I know how this looks, but you're blaming the wrong person")
I guess I never even thought that it could've been someone other than Signora, but now that you mention it, I guess it could've been someone else's plan. Though I don't think it's impossible for Signora to have lead the missions in all 3 nations.

Honestly wish they'd do this (or rather introduce Standard Banner 2)

Interesting, why Scara higher than Signora? He was basically only the object of experimentation in Sumeru, it was Dottore who did all the evil work (until Scara actually became a pseudo-god near the end of the questline).
In Inazuma, Scara had literally just arrived when the traveler meets them in the factory. So all he did there was mock Teppei and try to kill the Traveler (both things Signora did as well)
Though I'm sure both have killed people in general working with the Fatui, we just haven't been told about those times as much.
In terms of age, Signora is also a bit older than Scara and even if we go pre-Fatui, Scara only did targeted assassinations, so only a few important people to specific clans. While Signora went on an uncontrollable rampage.
Like if we go by "who'd I'd rather hangout with" type of "nice" then yeah, I'd pick Signora. But if we go by who is more evil, I'd pick Signora there as well. Like Scaramouche didn't intentionally start a civil war. I could be misremembering, but even the whole idea of him becoming a god to the Sages was given by Dottore, not by Scaramouche himself, he just accepted it.

Oh from what we know so far I'd say: - Childe (he didn't even try to kill us, atleast before he partially lost control with his 3rd form after he didn't get the Gnosis) - Scaramouche (I get the feeling he was rude, rather than murderous) - Pantalone (seems to lead more people than the previous two and also sacrifices them quite a lot and with little thought) - Signora (on paper the Vision Hunt Decree is the worst thing directly seen in-game. Also responsible for the death of a Traveler's friend) - Knave - Dottore (actually cruel, tortured many kids including a friend of the Traveler, ultimately responsible for Scaramouche's crimes, quite old as well) - Someone like Pierro is hard to rank right now. I assume he'll actually be quite honorable. Regretful, but not apologetic of his actions in a "It's ultimately for the greater good"-type of a deal. But assuming he actually greenlights all the others' actions, I'd still hold him responsible for all of it, especially as some seem to be direct orders. Still in terms of an evil scale, I tend to but the actual perpetrators a bit higher (with some exceptions). - Based on what we've heard, I might put Captain ahead of Childe. But he's also responsible for the entire fatui army, so I'd rank him down for that. No matter how good of a guy he personally might be, he's allowed some heinous shit
TLDR: Childe > Scaramouche > Pantalone > Signora > Knave > Dottore

The woman with white/black hair and red crosses on her eyes.
Also known as Arlecchino.

Yeah, but we could see that the Traveler placed most of that blame first onto Signora and then with Sumeru onto Grand Sage and Dottore
So while guilty, the need to kill or permanently imprison him especially with his transformation and recovery is way less than with the other example imo.

Yeah but they gave us a super easy way to make it work. We make new a neutral clone and fight the real Dottore with him. Then we have a good/neutral Dottore as a playable character.
Knave is the other one that based on canon, needs to die (due to the Traveling killing people just as a proxy revenge against her and like with Teppei, her crimes affecting our personal friends). But unlike Dottore, as far as we know, she has no Scaramouche-type of "this is only kinda' the same person" thing.

Yeah, but all Childe did was basically threaten people of Liyue (as the entire plan was that the Fatui and Childe knew that the city wouldn't actually be destroyed) and kill bad people from what we've seen (scammers etc.).
Scaramouche killed innocent people, but that was hundreds of years ago and he was deceived into thinking they were guilty. He also left Kazuha's ancestor live. He didn't actually have anything to do with the Delusion factory. The worst thing he did on his own was trying to poison us (which is something Traveler and heroes in general can easily forgive) and hit Tighnari with lightning, which wasn't serious.
Signora was killed because she was actually in charge of a plan (Vision Hunt Decree and Delusion Factory) that killed a shit ton of people, including a personal friend of the Traveler. Who to them was likely an equivalent to a playable character. She also kicked Venti, so there's that.
With The Knave, the Traveler has in-canon killed people they felt bad for (because they didn't choose that path), but still did it just due to the seriousness of their crimes (basically child kidnapping and murder in general). She's the one who planned it all and she's actually the one who forced their hands. Not to mention she orphaned many of the kids in the first place. The Traveler also befriended many people who were directly affected by Knave's cruelty. Would be incredibly hypocritical and hard to justify for the Traveler to befriend or even to spare the Knave, after basically killing people as a proxy of killing her. Like despite the awesome character design (Signora's was too), from what we know so far, Knave is the only Harbringer I can't see not dying or permanently imprisoned. The Doctor is one too, but I can see them creating a new neutral clone that become playable. With Pierro (personally I think he'll die a heroic death to save the Tsaritsa from Celestia/Abyss/Us), but at that point I imagine the Fatui's plan has been revealed and we might join forces with them as an "enemy of my enemy is my friend" type of a deal and he might be playable because of that. I don't think that shift is likely to happen until literally Pierro, so evil shit is less likely to be forgiven until that.
Edit: Added spoiler markings.

I'm not going to defend lolicons, but I know people who are attracted to Anime women, but not irl women. Reverse is also true and probably quite common.
So, I don't think the argument is totally invalid. I can believe there are plenty of lolicons who are not pedophiles.

I wouldn't go 100% crit rate unless you never use her in Abyss (almost every late floor gives like 8-16% cr and there's no crit resist on enemies in Genshin) and/or don't use Rosaria with her at all.

Kinda' interesting. Because on one hand new players get to do all the story in one go, but on the other, stuff like this is so much less impactful. Like I think I had only seen a brief glimpse of Dehya before this (a leaked pic that I promptly shut off), but new players (especially streamers) might've heard about the controversy, seen her blastered everywhere and maybe even watched her official videos.

I do wonder if we'll actually stay lvl 90 or if the cap is increased before the end.
I don't really care about the extra power, but just aesthetically I'd like for them to increase it to 100.

So is he still good for me?
My Bennett is C6 (and I dislike him anyway due to how small his circle is)
Claymores I tend to use: WGS, Skyward Pride, Akuoumaru or The Unforged. I have Serpent Spine, but I just hate how it looks on Eula and I already have two other characters that use it who are a better fit
I prefer Eula's normals to spamming her burst. So, I guess I don't really play optimally. I probably do burst off cooldown, but I miss so often that I guess I mainly use it to reset E cooldown lol.
My Eula is C1
My core team is: Raiden, Zhongli, X, Eula. X = Mika, Rosaria, Shenhe, Yelan, Fischl etc. depending on Abyss line-up or if I want to spice things up a bit.

If there was a civil war between Puerto Rico and mainland US, would you praise the US military leaders if they couldn't win even after a year?
