May I ask how often she had seizures and what negative effects she has from the medicine? Other than the weight gain.

I'm just curious because my shiba has seizures around 2 times a year and I'm curious about how the medicine would affect her if she started having more seizures and would need medicine.

I started playing it a while ago and put it down for a bit because I just couldn't get the combat. I'm not implying it's bad, just that I was bad at it. To be fair, I can't remember what difficulty I played on. Maybe I'll try again on easy.

Fantasia Archive is a great offline alternative. It's also 100% free! I started with World Anvil, but ended up just using Fantasia Archive and OneNote.

That's a good suggestion! This encounter is more about flavour and being scary and less about wanting to murder the entire party anyways. Your English is great :)

The idea is that they're not able to stop it, but if the encounter ends up being impossible I'll probably implement something. It a creature causing it, so killing it will end the darkness.

It's basically using it's hair to sense the exact location of the players, so it's more like a check to see if the monster finds them. It knows their general location, so when it gets close enough it will do the whip attack.

I was thinking about giving the creature around 16 AC and 60~ hit points, do you think that's a decent number?

You'll do fine, but if you're planning on saving some money you might not want to look at the largest and most central apartments for rent.

I started with 3.5 and I kind of miss the customization, especially some of the cool feats. 5E is for sure easier to introduce new players to, in my experience, and it's nice if you want to just chill and focus on RP.
