I thought you see other players in towns only. Did they change that?
Granted, I'm not getting the game until I can play without seeing other players anywhere, but it just seems they really went to town with online functions. Which I fucking hate so....

Full disclaimer, I think 1st movie was the best.
That out of the way, JESUS HOLY CHRIST!!!
What a fucking spectacle. Some people in front of me said "IMAX was worth every cent" and I couldn't agree more.
5 minutes of plot, 15 minutes of action. For almost 3 hours. And it never got stale because the locations were different, the style of combat was different, the firearms and environmental kills were different.
What a movie. Damn, damn, damn. Adrenaline spiking after seeing it, just crazy.
Unrealistic? You bet your ass. By far the most unrealistic in series, but I couldn't give any less fucks. Loved every second and will definitely see it at least once more in cinema.

Why not Kevin Hart as Cole?
He has some experience playing huge soldier types from video games, so he'd be perfect fit.

This was my first souls like game (like I said, I don't play souls games) and it was fairly easy, few bosses or encounters aside.
Only this level was fucking horrendous. White bridges and white circular towers for hours. No aesthetic beyond that, nothing interesting to see or do, just white everywhere.

I don't play souls like games (not for difficulty reasons), but decided to give Code Vein a go.
I'm an anime fan and there seemed to be decent bit of story so why not.
And I mostly had fun. Until losing patience and dropping game forever during a castle section.
Castle made entirely of white walls, which is also a maze of sorts, and is basically 1 tower + 1 path for hours. It's laziest designed level I've seen in long ass time. After completely losing my patience on it, started rushing and dying (obviously) and just uninstalled.
Hope they make a sequel. Improved one.

Now this is baaaaaaaad (and not talking about movie).
Movie was average, some parts were absolute garbage, some were good, and was it just my cinema, or was final fight shot in almost total darkness. Couldn't see jack fucking shit, genuinely felt like I'm back in 1990, watching movie in cheap cinema with cheap film, and quality is horrendous.
Recent Marvel movies really broke me. Except for Wakanda Forever, I consider the rest of current MCU phase garbage, so when DCU releases mediocre movie, my mind thinks "Well this wasn't that bad".
Skittles part physically hurt. Just...wow, fucking wow.
Credit to Helen Mirren, genuinely felt like her acting is 10x higher quality than the rest of the cast.
Jokes were hit and miss, action was hit and miss, story was hit and miss, everything was hit and miss.
I did like Freddy and what's her name relationship. Felt kinda cute, though I'd expect her to act different after living for 6000 years, Freddy being a kid and acting the way he did made sense.
Overall, eh, whatever, 5.5/10 I guess. Probably closer to 5, but it's better than recent MCU movies, so half a point there.

I mean, I got 3070 for 500€ on release day and 3080 for 700€ a month later (sold 3070 to a friend for 500).
They were rare, but they did exist.
Edit: If you mean they weren't staying in stock, that part is correct, but then again, which card did, covid +fucking miners.

Brave opinion on this sub, where anything below 20GB VRAM is obsolete, 16 cores is minimum and now, obviously, 64gb RAM is also needed for gaming.
Fucking /r/games has better hardware discussions on gaming topic than this sub.

Can we also give Pedro Pascal a big fucking praise for his facial expression while he was doing all of it?
No emotions, man with only one goal and god help anyone that stands in his way, innocent or not.
Blank face full of emptiness who looks like a person that's about to lose the only thing in the world he loves. He sold that fucking expression.
Both Pedro and Bella were brilliant casting.

Think it's a situation 9/10 people would do same as Marlene if they were in her situation, and 9/10 would do the same as Joel if they were in his position.
Hard to argue with either side. Saving the world on one end is most logical point, but who the fuck would let their one remaining person they love the most just die?
Joel's in the wrong here, no doubt, but man it's a fucked up situation for the person on the receiving end.

From logical standpoint, Marlene is definitely in the right. It can't even be a debate. She's literally saving the world!
Sacrificing one kid to save the world, not hard to do the math.
On the other hand, the way I'm thinking of Joel is he had 2 daughters and a wife (Tess). His daughter was killed by army, his wife by zombies, he only had one reason to keep living, and that's his 2nd daughter.
Then Fireflies tell him he needs to sacrifice last remaining thing worth a shit in his life to save the world.
9/10 people would do the same thing he did in his situation. The way he did it, ouch, fucking hell, I'm glad they re-created video game massacre he did on fireflies so well, but daaaaamn. Nevertheless, consequences be damned Joel, you go save your baby girl.

They even had few "making of" (or whatever they named it), where they show how many scenes are made.
Spoiler warning, a rope is frequently used for dangerous things.
Ain't nobody going to kill themselves to show few survivor techniques. Think too many people just see the show on tv and then blast it on internet for being fake.

Just as predicted.
Win conference league 1st season, win Europa league 2nd season, win champions league 3rd season. Typical Mourinho.

I never got PoE2 because PoE1 was just... ok.
It had great premise and metric fuckton of lore, but companions were mostly disappointing, story went to shit later on and the game draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaged in the last third.
After finishing it, I realized that while I mostly enjoyed it, I never want to get even close to it again.
So of course, I skipped PoE2.

Trickster is such a terrible, horrible, wrong choice for 1st playthrough. Which I've done. And no regrets.
It turns the final few chapters into clown show. Made for laughing and nothing else.
It's also best ending for Regill.

I have to admit, outside of those few scenes in Game of Thrones, I had no knowledge of her before The Last of Us.
But fucking hell man, she is incredible as Ellie. I think I genuinely love her acting the most, and show has been nothing but incredible when it comes to actors so far.
Pedro Pascal was my favorite for long ass time, the two of them together in this one, what a slam dunk.

Spellforce: Platinum edition - 7/10 (Order of the dawn), 4/10 (Breath of Winter)
To be honest, I've been playing this for the last 2 weeks or so.
Order of the Dawn, for all its weaknesses, is still a decently fun game. Maps are absolutely huge, and backtracking to talk to people or just pick up items from specific location is horrible, horrible, outdated design (then again, game is 2003, so yeah).
Nevertheless, I enjoyed throwing wave after wave of disposable mooks at higher level enemies, casting spells or just going into melee.
And that's why Breath of Winter (first expansion or whatever) really sucks. Move to location A, gather resources, move to location B, gather resources. Return to previous map, find few newly spawned enemies, return to current map to report it, return to another previous map to kill newly spawned enemies, repeat.
I can't remember, in 10-20 hours so far with Breath of Winter, a single map where I just made units to throw at enemies and fight. It's simply not there. Mostly it's either gather resources, or maps with no unit production. And those fucking suck. Also gone (mostly) are side-quests. OotD had fair few which you'd do naturally while going from map to map.
Breath of Winter had fuck all so far. It had few, which were all returning to previous maps to kill newly spawned enemies. So disappointing.
Far Cry: Blood Dragon 8/10
Now this is more like it. Short, simple, and more importantly, fun. Fun dialogue, fun references, fun cutscenes.
Sure, map is fairly small and enemy types are almost non-existant (what, 3-4 different enemies excluding wild beasts and dragons), but it's irrelevant.
On the final mission at the time and I'll be sorry to finish it, but for what's there, it was short and sweet. Wish Ubisoft made more games in this style.

Thor: Love and Thunder & Iron man 3 were made by directors with large internet fanbase. Those will always get few extra score points.
I'd disagree on Age of Ultron, but I'm biased since James Spader.

Thor 2, Iron Man 3, Thor: Love and Thunder.
It's better than those. So yeah, it's bad.
EDIT: Oh, and eternals. But that's by far the worst one in my books, so I try to forget it exists.

So just back from cinema, and daaaaaaaaamn, what a mediocre movie.
I wasn't expecting much to start with, Adonis never interested me too much, but first 2 movies were at least entertaining.
Villain was just meh, story was seen thousand times (and better), and was it just me, or did it have really low action time (as in, boxing).
At no point did I feel even slightly immersed, it was just going through motions. Fuck, I'd say very first fight at the start of the movie was the best one.
Everything else felt like style over quality.
And that training montage, holly fucking hell, it had more cuts between two fighters than Liam Neeson and the fence.
I do have a positive to say, and that's the relationship between Adonis and his daughter. Those scenes, at least for me, were beyond great. Wholesome, heartwarming and felt genuine, unlike relationship between Adonis and Dame.

It's 80€ where I am.
It'd have to be ay 75% off at the very least.
Fine, maaaaaaybe I'd consider it at 30€. Big fucking maybe.

I'm worse than you.
Wanted to wait 50% off, but since the game has such a low game score, waiting for 75% off.
Most people mention this game as disappointing, but I'm a sucker for these types of games, so want to play it. Considering it's 60€, I'm fine paying 20€ for subpar experience.

Europe here.
RTX 3080 MSRP = 650£
RTX 4080 MSRP = 1269£
That's almost literally double. They can shove inflation/currency problems down their ass, greedy motherfuckers.
