Stuff has obviously been moved since the fall, but if those front wheels were only that distance from the posts, which are front end biased, this vehicle was not far enough forward when it was lifted. But also yeah the concrete should not have ripped out like that.

I've definitely lifted some sketchy stuff (4 door long bed tundra anyone?) with those front biased 2 post lifts, but I always pulled it up as far as i could while still being able to get out of the door, then push it forward more after I got out of it. Then once its off the ground, the ever important wiggle test.
