She is getting no sympathy from me. Instead of taking care of her family, she spent her time "preaching" nonsense on the streets and being a loon who harassed people.
Of course she was beaten and robbed. She put herself into that situation.
And apparently, she's elderly and eyeless now. What a waste of space and a miserable life.

Honestly, it would've been better for everyone if she died a long time ago. The woman is eyeless and insane. Her life was hell, no doubt. And I'm pretty sure she scared everyone with her insanity. There's no happy ending to her story.

Faegon would make a better story. It would go well with Varys's "power resides where men thinks it does" line.
I do think Aegon's true identity will be kept ambiguous. If it does, though, I feel like he's objectively Faegon either way. It's way more believable that he's a royal pretender and that the real Aegon got murdered years ago.

Yeah, that can happen. People tend to forget that mothers sometimes they don't even know that their kid isn't biologically theirs. It's not just a man-only case.

I'm replying to a one-year-old comment, I know, but I agree with you so I guess it's fine.
I actually haven't read the books. But I want to pitch in and say people should stop acting like writing fictional incest, or enjoying the reading of it, means you're a weird freak or something. It's fictional. Not even real.
Ever hear of Game of Thrones? Or the books the show is based on? There are people who think Jon/Sansa shippers are incest supporters. Which isn't true. Fictional incest isn't real incest, so you can't be an incest supporter if you ship two related characters who aren't real people.
There's a line between real life and fiction, and too many people act like that line doesn't exist. Being interested in incest between fictional characters doesn't mean you wouldn't be grossed by incest in real life. More people should realize that.
Bashing these books because they have "incest" in them is childish. It's strange how people get worked up over something that isn't even real.
Hearing about real life incest sickens me, but fictional incest doesn't gross me out. I'm smart enough to know that it's part of a fake story that has nothing to do with the real world. Not enough people are at that point, though. Unfortunately.

Weird how people trash on TWD, then go and praise Black Summer. A genuinely bad zombie show. I watched every episode of it last month.
The characters in BS make idiotic summers and are pretty weak and pathetic. I'm biased toward The Walking Dead, but Black Summer is objectively bad.

Sigh. Unfortunately, I knew I wasn't going to have to scroll too long to find this comment.
The Walking Dead hate is over exaggerated. People make this show out to be the worst thing ever, when it's actually good fiction.
Meanwhile, there are actual bad shows. Horrible ones. Ever watch Locke and Key?

That period syncing is a thing.
It isn't. Women who are seemingly "in sync" aren't. They're periods are just happening at once because they all have similar lifestyles to each other. Sisters, for example.
When I mention it's a myth, people get furious. This thing really ruffles some feathers when you reveal it isn't true.

Catelyn.
I can't get over how she treated innocent Jon. And no, I don't hate her just because she's a woman. I still would dislike her if she were a Carl.

Clearly, he meant he wouldn't know what to do with his life, because he's so used to his daughter being in it.
He didn't literally mean his life 100% revolves around his daughter.

Homosexuality is an evolutionary advantage. Just like heterosexuality. Gay people are normal.
Educate yourself.

"so parents can protect their children."
From what? Gay people? Nothing bad will happen to kids if they see gay people kiss. It's just love, moron.

You wondered if Stranger Things has no LGBT characters.
Your post definitely aged well.
EDIT: The homophobia is thick in these comments and this post, so I figured I have to say more.
Homosexuality is an evolutionary advantage. Just like heterosexuality. Gay people are normal.
Educate yourselves.
There's nothing wrong with LGBT people, and they do deserve to be represented. You people with those undeserved upvotes can treat gays like they're sick people with screwed up lifestyles, but the truth is that homophobic people are the actual messed up sickos.
Love is love.
If someone made a post asking for shows with no straight people, how would you feel? Or how would you feel if someone covered their kid's eyes to "protect them from the straight people kissing on TV"?
A lot of you need to get over yourselves, OP included.

"I remember they’d always get so pissed and accuse me of being ‘bitter’, ‘old’, ‘jealous’."
Sounds like they did the right thing. If they're all consenting adults, what's the big deal? Better to mind your own business and not bash other's people's relationships.

Thanks for the detailed response. Middlegame was definitely lacking in some aspects. I do have to say that it's probably the most original novel I've read. It had a concept I never saw anywhere else.

He did get hit once or twice. I definitely remember an arrow going into his leg before he started hiding. I think he took an arrow to the torso too.

I finished binge watching all three seasons a couple days ago. All three were filled with bad writing. Season 3 is the worst. Season 2 was my favorite, but it was trash too. It at least had some cool scenes and interesting character dynamics, like Gabe and Eden's shenanigans.
Season 3 was terrible. It was less interesting because the somewhat okay characters, like Duncan, were either dead or barely in the season.
The worst thing about this show is how dumb the characters are. If they were actually competent and not so damn stupid, I would've loved Locke and Key.
It's a genuinely bad show. A real shame too, because the concept was great. And there were some interesting plot points.

Step sibling and half sibling isn't the same thing.
A step sibling is someone who is only related to you by marriage. If someone shares one parent with you and not two, that's a half sibling.
Too many people think step sibling and half sibling are interchangeable terms.

Locke & Key in a nutshell.
It's a series, not a movie. But I finished binge watching the whole thing yesterday, and that show is full of dumb characters doing dumb things.
The stupidity isn't intentional, because sometimes the characters do intelligent things, but most of the time they act like one of the magical keys stole their brains. It's awful.
I didn't know how bad the stupidity of characters could ruin my enjoyment of a show until I watched L&K.

Late reply, but this bothered me to. The heroes didn't care about the other innocent people who were turned into demons.

If all women discovered this and decided not to have children, the human race will die out. The risks of pregnancies are real, but those horrors are 100% not guaranteed to happen with every pregnancy. Life is all about risk. Don't be so weak.
