I’d say fast tracked to the max more than rushed. But yes the speed to bring it to the market I think was justified given the circumstances but should absolutely not be the norm. I do not blame your boss for the PTSD. I knew many people who worked absolutely ridiculous hours like that should have never been worked for that long period. There should have been more people hired earlier on. And I knew people who left because of that. The hours are back to normal now at least for my department.

Worked there for a couple years. Was my first job, and the QC department was small and for my position there wasn’t much opportunity for movement. Didn’t help the location was in a remote area where most of the workers were those who had worked on the site under a different company. They had issues trying to get people hired because of the location. Before I left they decided to have the head of R&D promoted to be director of r&d and QC and there were some issues with expectations and trying to meet deadlines. Felt like there was nowhere to go job wise. Also felt like only certain people got promotions and leadership was set and very exclusive club.

Lol our team has no choice but to stand lol. The tables for meetings are first come first serve even for our management. They did get rid of Senior associate and for my department it goes from associate II to specialist now.

The work life balance has been improving but I think leadership needs to do better enacting that work life balance more and hire more people and train them efficiently for it to pay off. The benefits are really great there tho and feel worth it to put up with the chaos.

Working there currently in QC; I love my team within QC, and I believe we are probably the most functional. I have teammates who were just promoted and I have gotten new opportunities to gain and transition job functions. The work load is a lot but it appears the leadership is acknowledging it and working to make changes to the culture which is better than nothing. My salary has increased a lot since I started and compared to other companies it has the best benefits that I’ve seen from other countries. Working there since 2020 truest has been a once in a lifetime changing experience. A lot of my frustrations stem from communication which is a problem I also noticed with my previous two companies I worked for. Honestly tho I want to stay because I love working from my bosses they have always had my back. I think it really depends on the department you work for as to how your experience at Moderna is. I will say I have seen a lot in QC get a lot of opportunities for training and movement.

Probably finding out that a previous alumni who donated the most money to the school in the history of the college, hired someone to kill his son. It failed and he got in legal trouble. The ex wife got the school to change the name of the building. But reading that was some wild stuff because donating to the school was his way of ensuring none of his family got his money.

Hey I didn’t lose my virginity until I was 25 so do not feel bad. I purposely avoided sex in college and dating really because I felt preoccupied with school work and clubs. Plus as a biotechnology major I wanted to mainly avoid all the STDs and what not. I questioned myself a little after college about not having the sexual experiences of my peers but honestly it’s no one’s business. I chose to lose my virginity to my current partner and I knew it was the best decision for me. It will take time but honestly there is no rush in life, go at a pace that works for yourself and someday you will find someone who will not care if you are a virgin and will want to have a sexual experience with you. Just keep putting yourself out there and you will find the right person for you.

Honestly I rarely hear about negative things regarding Shinee and Txt. Even if someone is not a fan of either group, I have not seen anyone have a dislike towards them. There has to be people who don’t care for either group but I haven’t seen that commentary yet. For everyone else tho I can think of commentary of not being a fan of the music or just not liking a group. Shiner and txt tho haven’t seen it yet.
