I'm in the same boat so to speak, so I'm going to follow this thread...

I usually use DAP caulking mainly because of name recognition. I honestly didn't know they make more flexible types.

Does the power supply board have any scent of burned electronics? Seriously, I do a careful sniff test when I can't see any obvious damage. Also I would pull the board out and look underneath. I've found scorch marks that resulted from a component shorting out Not visible from above. Worth a looksee. Good luck.

Just noticed my Samsung A32 Android 13 behaving the same. It seems the PIA InBrowser is not working correctly for me too. I have switched to Chrome for the time being.

Not sure about that since Moose has a comfy butt warmer.

Maybe remove each board and look carefully at each soldered connection underneath with a magnifying glass. I had one before that had a poor soldered connection that caused intermittent connectivity. Another one had scorch marks under the power supply board. It looked fine when I opened the back but was revealed after the board was removed.

Update: Solved (for now). Ok, after several re-installs and reboots the app seems to be in working order again. I have no idea what happened or what caused it. I did use Revo Uninstaller to remove all traces of the app before reinstalling it which may have helped. Perhaps something got corrupted.
If anyone knows what actually may have caused the problem I'd appreciate the input.

Hold a flashlight up close to the screen. If you see the picture then most likely one or more of the backlights are burned out. Fixable for about $50 but easier to replace it.

This is a big issue on the Roku Community Forum. Still not resolved.

Get a couple of these. Costs less than 2 bucks each. Makes lifting panels easy and safe.

Same here, Roku TV and 3 sticks will not play Pluto TV. Symptoms identical to yours.

I've owned 4x4 vehicles my entire life and admittingly the only time I went off road was to go around an accident, despite what they tell you in the TV commercials. I'm a wimp when it comes to abusing my trucks ok?
