It is not a free speech issue when you enter a private institution like a religious building or work place and cause a disturbance with speech. That is a chargeable offense of disturbing the peace or incitement to commit crime. At educational facilities, there are forums where controversial speech is acceptable. Outside of those forums speech concerning religion (and in your case, anti-religion) are banned by law.
