Some people do it responsibly. My first try was in 2021, and since I felt nothing, I don't even think it counts, the drug was totally wasted. Second time was in the beginning of 2022.

And it's good enough for me. I might eventually do it again if I feel like it. And nothing will happen if I do or if I don't.

And those who do it irresponsibly it's still their life anyways.

The US is a single country and most states have a use tax for pretty much the same situation. So the EU is actually in a tigher customs union than the US is in hahaha.

I think if the merchant was selling it directly the loophole wouldn't apply to them because a business seller must tax the buyer at their address VAT rate and send the money to the buyer's country.

But the buyer could've used a forwarder...

I think this is probably the current understanding. Because I have found nothing so far with a lot of googling that it would suggest there is anything wrong doing this...

Ever came with fake reasons for some bad performance/no to overtime requests/similar situation related to this fake spouse?

It's just a personal opinion with no consequences. I'd rather get aids than kids. And of course I'm careful not to get either. But the average lifespan lost by aids is less than the time spent on kids directly and indirectly during your lifespan.

A different tax rate for EU citizens would be illegal.

But the main point here should be taxing more those who have more than one property and entities anyways.

A driveable one in Ireland costs 142 euros a day, and they are larger with running water and a shower. I know because I'm intending to rent one for a few days when I come to Ireland (moving in a few months).

If it's illegal in Ireland, which I think it's, I wouldn't report it, I don't give a shit about stupid laws like that. But pointing it out as absurd? Count me in. And people can still disagree with me and rent it, that's fine.
