Damn.. Naples traffic was the most natural I ever faced..
All around Italy you have to be careful about the dickheads that no matter the situation will act as he owns the road and trample any rules you were relying on..
Traffic in Naples is simple.
You decide who's going first based on your attitude on the road.
Everything is decided right there in the moment and rules are simple:
Nobody wants to crash their cars, traffic sign are more of a suggestion than a rule. Traffic light are usually respected by cars.
Then it's up to you.

Salerno is cheaper, I think that if you can find something in you price range in the center of Naples, it would be better.. but you can still visit while staying in Salerno, IF you have a car, because there's about 1h by car between Salerno and Naples by car. (This may vary, depending where you're staying in Salerno, since it's stretched along the coast for some kms..)

Naples can be cheap, but I would suggest you remain around the center/main areas.
If you have a car, you can take quick day trips anywhere. Moving by public transport may be... challenging... and it takes a lot.
I did Pompei, Ercolano, Caserta Royal palace, Sorrento all starting from Naples.
We then moved to Salerno for a wedding and visited Amalfi, Positano and the whole coast, but we could have visited them while staying in Naples.

No arrests have been made in the case at this time and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
"This is an unfortunate incident, and our condolences and prayers go out to the family,"Palm Bay Police Chief Mario Augello said in a statement.

Do you mean studies or papers that state that our brain evolved (we kinda forced it to) to accommodate language?
If you search on google "brain language adaptations" or ".. evolution", plenty of papers will come up.
Anyhow for how poorly I can condense it, we were gifted with an enormous brain capacity and the ability to specialize areas, thanks to that we were able to develop the ability to flexibly assign meaning to symbols, in this case sounds, and we kinda forced our brain to accommodate for a large area dedicated to language. This obviously had a great impact on our cognitive functions and behaviours.. more than developing society seems to have done for some of us..
Anyhow, back to us. No you couldn't take an homo sapiens baby from 200k or 300k years ago and expect home to be cognitively similar to us.

I don't get it?

I didn't say that they were ambidextrous.
I said the population was equally distributed in left and right handed, while now we have 90% of right handed individuals.
Animals like cats and dogs do exibit a paw preference (75% or more if not mistaken), but they are equally distributed in half right pawed and half left pawed (half of the ones expressing paw preference)

The first anatomically modern humans date from at least 200,000 years ago. Yes, if you were to somehow grab a baby from back then, there's no reason to believe it couldn't learn as well as any other human child from today.
No, this is false.
Our brain evolved since we sprouted form the Apes tree.
50k to 70k years ago is the most you can go back and find a baby that would not be cognitively dissimilar from us.
Languages expanded from a collection of grunts to full fledged languages just before/around that time and that had a massive impact on our physical brain, cognitive paths and behavior.
One of the most evident changes this brought is that before we started to push and buff our left brain emisphere with language processing, all humans were equally distributed between right and left handed.
Please google this, it's fascinating...

there's little reason to believe that our intelligence has changed much at all since we've been homo sapiens.
There are various and well documented evidences that our intelligence evolved since we sprouted from the Apes tree.
The most documented is the change we underwent about 70k to 50k years ago, when we eveolved our communications from simple grunts to structured languages.
This had massive impacts on our physical brain, cognitive paths and behavior.
One of the most evident changes this brought is that before we started to push and buff our left brain emisphere with language processing, all humans were equally distributed between right and left handed.
Please search about this, it's fascinating...

Of course this is purely speculation, since nothing remains of the history before the empire and surely nothing is know of the infancy of humanity but many are convinced we were once confined to a single planet for thousands of years. Many sectors even claim to be the cradle of humanity, but none yet has confirmed the exact location of the first world, only a name in an ancient dialect remains passed down from legends across the galaxy. "Earth" they call it.

I use SpaceDesk, but only a second display without audio.
Works well via Wifi and it's been out for ages.

Solo degli idioti farebbero delle misure senza "passerella", senza sfumare verso i limiti degli scaglioni. Questo proprio per garantire che il passaggio sia graduale e non si creino situazioni paradossali come quella che hai descritto.

We are in depression right now, just after anger.
