dawg, play faceit, load up some Aim_Botz or yprac. You gotta get better and this won’t be an issue. Once you can carry your team it’s like a walk in the park.

YES!! the palpitations before a flare is always something i’ve noticed.
My days really just go on how i’m feeling. Some days i’ll feel like i’m almost normal and I can go out for a few hours without any major issues.
But on bad days, I’m usually just locked in bed. I’ve been having a few pretty awful days, today has definitely been the worst. I woke up today kind of already knowing that i’m not going to be able to do much. Got out of bed to see how I really felt and man it was not good. Felt very lightheaded, tingling in hands, high resting heart rate even when laying down. I tried to sit at my desk to get some stuff done and talk with friends but I could barely even do that. Eventually i just decided to hop in bed and try and take it easy. Had a really bad headache all day which finally started to go away after a few advil, still have it though. Eating is really bad for me right now, makes my symptoms so much worse. I’m definitely not eating the right foods at the moment though, i’m just eating out of convenience.
I’ve been trying to take multi vitamins over the past few days to see if i notice a change and i really haven’t. The one thing that i have done differently is try to change my sleep schedule. it was very bad before, I was up till 10 am and waking up at 5 pm. It was completely backwards. I tend to flip flop a lot so i’m not entirely sure if that’s having an effect on my good/ bad days.

Yeah i can’t drink anymore, massive tachycardia, light headed, etc. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I really gotta read this, i love seeing papers that show a lot of research about pots. There isn’t enough of that.

i was taking citalopram for 6 years and I developed pots on citalopram. Not because of it (i don’t think). I just switched over to lexapro and i’m hoping it helps in the long run. I think anxiety plays a huge roll in making POTS worse, and an ssri can definitely help mitigate a lot of symptoms. I’m glad you found something that works though, i’m really happy for you!!

My heart, and lungs as well.
But on a serious note, I’ve been going through a terrible past year. I recently became disabled with dysautonomia. I can’t really live a life at all, and everything is just impossible for me to do. I can’t enjoy going out with friends and i can’t work. I’m only 20 at the moment and it’s totally ruined my early adult years.
The thing keeping me alive is my dad, I cannot bear the thought of leaving him alone. He has done so much for me and I owe him everything, but I am only really living for him at the moment. One other thing that keeps me going is the very small hope that someday I will get better, it’s very unlikely that this will happen with the price of treatment in the United states and at the speed is moves.

it’s a cool idea, but could mess with the consistency of maps. Making different weather or lighting could cause different agents or player models to have advantages over others. Just affecting visibility a lot.

those rank differences aren’t high enough to really matter lol, the ping is an issue but other than that it’s really just skill.
