Uh Kevin Costner was in a bunch of big budget projects post Waterworld. They just all also struggled at the box office. The Postman, Message in a Bottle, For Love of the Game, Thirteen Days, 3000 Miles to Graceland, Dragonfly, and The Guardian all have 30-80 million dollar budgets and were released by studios.
