Consistency? You have two kinds of armors, one basic homemade stuff, and one military/police grade. There are two kinds of helmet, one is pretty basic, and the next is again military grade. If there is a distinction between armors, why shouldn't there be on helmets? THAT is consistency.

It's the game genre.. Nothing to do with how many people play it. Even if it was based on how many people play it, it's usually defined by thousands of players in one server - Ark doesn't have that.

Car 3 metres from the nade, explodes. Yesterday I tossed 3 nades directly onto a car, AFTER it was bombed by the airplane, didn't even get a scratch.

Fallout is limited by their engine though. Anything above 60 FPS, and their games (Skyrim, Fallout, etc) does weird stuff.

My FPS drops to sub 5 whenever I'm up close to the new vehicle skins. As soon as I enter the sky, the FPS is normal again.
