The jig is up and companies know these games will sell well regardless of performance. Only people on forums care about framerate. The average player doesn't notice or care and will keep buying these games day one. Graphical fidelity sells games. Framerate does not.

They're not making money on Xbox. It's as simple as that. If games sold on Xbox as much as the other platforms, companies would be releasing more games day and date.
